What do you like best about the product?
Vega Equity helps streamline our financial management and accounting processes. Their platform helps me track and analyze my portfolio effortlessly. Vega Equity is a great platform for simplifying investment management process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, but it does take a bit of time to learn how to use all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has fixed the problem of doing boring and mistake-prone work with spreadsheets. They have made equity management much easier and automatic.

Customer service is truly unmatched
What do you like best about the product?
Vega Equity's ESOP Management platform has made the entire equity process, from granting equity to exercising and settling it, much simpler and smoother for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I can't think of any suggestions to improve the process. customer service has been excellent.

I no longer need to use spreadsheets to keep track of everything. Accurate number, easy to use, user friendly platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing my portfolio was never this easy. The scenario modelling feature and the customisable ESOP designs are just so perfect and along with that the user-friendly UI has made the implementation and integration quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t encountered anything which I didn’t like till now and even if there’s something the customer support is always there to help.

The data handing and maintaining the accuracy of the data has been made a lot simpler and easier.

The equity plans are managed automatically, which saves time for finance and HR team. Easy to use, clear dashboards, real-time updates, good analytics dashboards

Platform work effectively, but there are still a few areas that require improvement. Top notch customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
This solution works well for different needs as they come up. It's easy to use and helps you keep track of your assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few bugs here and there but it was very minor. Also, setting it up and making it fit my needs was a bit tricky, but the support team was quick to help out whenever required.

What do you like best about the product?
Vega Equity is awesome! It helps us grant and manage ESOPs in a really smart way. The dashboard for employees is super comprehensive. It’s like a one-stop-solution for everything we need. I totally recommend it!

Finding and navigating through the settings can be a bit challenging. As a new user, it’s easy to get confused with the menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our team excited and happy to work with us. It also saves us a lot of time because we don’t have to do boring paperwork anymore. It’s like a big help for our company to grow and make our employees really happy.
ESOP Management is no longer a tough task using Vega Equity
What do you like best about the product?
Vega Equity's platform for equity awards have been a game-changer for us. It has made managing our ESOPs and Captable very easy. The user-friendly interface provides excellent understanding. Even non-tech folks can use it. This tool made paperwork disappear, and now managing grants and vesting is very easy!" Highly recommended!

Nothing specific to mention. They consistently act on product feedback and keep us well informed about the changes .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for boosting employee engagement with ESOP program. Setting up liquidity programs and inviting employees/shareholders to join is very easy.
Equity Tracking Software that is Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that you can clearly see all the components of your ESOP at any point of time i.e. the amount of stocks vested, the ones that are granted, exercised, etc. with the timeline. It helps me see what the next grant time is and what would the exact value be. So this transparency helps. Also, you can find all the docs related in the same tab don't have to keep searching someplace else for documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user as such there are no major complicated issues with Vega Equity, except that the flow of searching things like the FAQs regarding the ESOP plans, etc. can be made simple. Though the value creation through esops look apparent, understanding somethings need a better learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software brings transparency and seamlessness into the entire ESOP management. Before this we had to go physically to the finance dept. for any details or just wait for the email. This brought ease for accepting the ESOPs and also having a dashboard for checking the status of the plans. This made my life easier.
