Use of Base64 during Hackathon
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of extracted data and quantity of understood data is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ML model isn't the best and the UI looks a bit outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document understanding and document validation against a request form. Approvers don't have to check document manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the most accuracy of extracted data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like an outdated user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document understanding and validation.
Great for documents processing
What do you like best about the product?
We extracted data from passports/ID cards, and it worked great. We also used it to answer the question "What is this document about", and we are okay with the results too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried for license plate recognition, and though the OCR part was great, there were some false positives, but I think I can forgive them since object detection is not the core of their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We extracted data from passports/ID cards, and it worked great. We also used it to answer the question "What is this document about", and we are okay with the results too.

Wide range of pre-trained models to solve specific tasks. Intuitive interface, free sample demo ready to use on the web.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, There is not much negatoive to say about the product itself. For the technology, AI is rapidly improving and for sure it can be better overall. I believe the team is continuously working on it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hard to say. Overall the technology is working with confidence level and it is rarely 100% (what is expected). But I wish, one day we have an OCR and other AI areas where confidence is 100% (Dream category)
Excellent OCR for Arabic language text with high accuracy.
What do you like best about the product?
Highly accurate OCR for arabic language text extraction from arabic pdf files from both image-based and text-based pdf source files. Maintains accuracy within each page. API enabled for automated document processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to maintain the formating of paragraphs and line separation so that it follows as closely as possible the source document formatting. It does maintain page separation currently well.

automation of OCR of arabic language documents with high accuracy using an API to process a large number of documents in pdf format into text documents that can be used readily for product development and for searching.

The More tools and Good responsiveness made me to Use more frequent. Helping to Support all formats and Extracting information accurately every time. it was an effort saver and time saver. so much powerful than others.

Features and Documentation was great. But It fits better if credits and beginner plan gets more for starters and testers. apart from that, it was quite good actually.

Generating data Extraction Accurately Everytime and in my work, it made easy to Convert paper form data to digital data. also Helped to work even faster with that fast converson.
A simple and Powerful AI Tool for all Documents.

Base64.ai has a Various Documentation Support to all Formats, which also helps to generate document data Extraction which is reliable and Accurate everytime. Also I have used Proccessing the Health docs and General Docs in Company.

Everything is Great in Document data Extraction and has a various supports, but the only thing in my opinion is to improve the quantity in uploading the documents.

My job is to Note and create the documents digitally and to arrange them. but ater started using the Base64.ai, my work was done with ease. also thanks to the ai where it can be done very quick.

Its user-friendly nature is also a standout feature, ensuring a seamless experience even for beginners. There's no need to undergo the usually cumbersome process of training our own model - a major plus for teams who may not have deep machine learning expertise or time to spare.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. As a developer, the lack of support for CORS in API requests presents a roadblock to fully exploiting the potential of this tool. This limitation hinders seamless integration and operation, which could have been achieved with a comprehensive API structure.
Furthermore, I believe the pricing model could be better optimized for beginners and testers. The free version quickly runs out of credits which might discourage potential long-term users. Providing more credits in the free version or having a more affordable beginner's plan would be much appreciated, and will probably encourage more widespread usage.
Despite these minor setbacks, Base64.ai remains a powerful tool in the domain of automated document data extraction. I'm optimistic about the future of this tool and look forward to seeing its continuous evolution. I believe that with minor adjustments, it can cater even better to a broader range of users.

It used to be that extracting data from documents was a painstakingly slow process that required manual entry or coding scripts. With Base64.ai, this problem is greatly minimized. Its intelligent automation allows for quick, accurate, and efficient extraction of data from various document types. This not only saves me substantial time but also reduces the potential for human error.

I haven´t found anything that dislikes me.
I have tried and successfully extracted the data from my documents using the semantic model. The results are outstanding.
The team is building a custom model for my project, and it looks great. Of course, it takes some time but it is worth.
