Real user monitoring with Blue Triangle is fantastic!

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Triangle captures resource level data from real user's browsers on every interaction with our sites. Unprecedented governance and control over third party tags in real time.
Helps target trouble areas of the site by combining business metrics like conversion rate with page load metrics for valuable insights we would not normally have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a 3rd party tag on every page to report back users browser data. Also, it would be great to have access to Blue Triangle data directly in a data warehouse to integrate with Tableau instead of API calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily obtaining the list of third party tags on our many sites; monitoring their performance so we can remove at the first sign of low performance. Easily identifying problems based on device or browser type; capturing common JavaScript errors for each. Captures performance trending over time to easily identify backsliding of key metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a ton of functionality, reporting, and alerting with this tool. Start slow(just a few functions/key metrics at a time) but steadily increase your usage and adoption, tuning as you go.

A Great Product Trumped Only by Their Stellar Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
The service and data captured is amazing, but the customer service provided by the Blue Triangle team is second to none. They make us feel like the most important customer every time we talk, and they genuinely want us to succeed. The support team is constantly monitoring your account and they always bring new ideas for potential improvement to our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that we dislike from the Blue Triangle service. Being forced to nitpick, I'll say that there are a few UI aspects of the site that are tricky to use. With that said, the tech team at Blue Triangle is very responsive. They listen to feedback and move quickly to make updates that benefit their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Triangle is helping us solve site speed issues. The service has helped us identify areas of improvements throughout our site. As a result of Blue Triangle, we have shaved close to two seconds off of our dom complete measurement on our product pages. The speed improvement has not only helped our conversion rates, but our SEO rankings have also seen an uptick.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI, platform can help speed up your website and contribute to your revenue a lot by analyzing different user interaction with the software
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is not that good for this software, it takes some time to set everything up and learn how different modules work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualize the web page load and monitor site availability
