It feels like our annual maintenance costs are going up just to stay on the same platform. The most tedious part of the configuration was locking down the granular permission and managing the encryption keys. Mapping virtual folders for our external web users and ensuring the RBAC was completely watertight took a lot of trial and error to get exactly right.
