How has it helped my organization?
The system is user-friendly and has significantly helped us meet our goals, particularly in file transfer. It eliminates human errors and has improved our workflow overall. Additionally, it has increased the speed at which work is processed and transferred.
The connectors work seamlessly. I don't have any complaints about the connectors.
What is most valuable?
My favorite feature is team collaboration, whereby a team can do personal-to-personal file transfers. I appreciate how files are being transferred. Before a file is shared with anyone, there is a scanning process that takes place, and the file is securely shared without any problem or malware existing in the file. After deploying the GoAnywhere MFT solution, we saw its benefits immediately.
What I love about this system, from the administrator's perspective, is that we can view who has logged in, the time of their login, and their location. This feature provides valuable insight into tracking and understanding who is using the system at any given time.
What needs improvement?
The area where I would suggest improvement is on the pricing side. The pricing is not favorable sometimes when we use it for a few people. Even if we purchase additional licenses, no discount is given. If we are adding a license on the system, they should look at that and frame an affordable price for everyone, whereby everyone can access these prices effectively. This would give a view and a clue on how the system could run better on our side.

It's stable. I have not seen any issues.

It is scalable. We have 11 users using GoAnywhere MFT.

I have contacted the technical support. The part which is quick is the sales team. The sales team responds quickly compared to any part of the specialization on the system. I appreciate how fast they act. The support deserves an eight out of ten.

For file transfer, we have been using a tool called Folgo, which is embedded in Google Drive, and it has supported us in transferring bulky files.
How was the initial setup?
The deployment of GoAnywhere MFT was easy because we deployed the system on cloud. It took us around a period of 3 days because we had to talk to the expert of GoAnywhere MFT before we negotiated. As we were talking to the expert, the deployment started and we had to go step-by-step.
In terms of maintenance, it requires updates. Sometimes it slows down and requires updates.
What about the implementation team?
Only one person is required for this type of deployment.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is not favorable when we use it for a few people.

Some of the connectors that I have used or integrated GoAnywhere MFT with include Box, Microsoft SharePoint, and Google Drive. While integrating this product, GoAnywhere MFT simplifies the process of transferring files securely. I am satisfied with the range of out-of-the-box connectors.

The deployment process was easy and fast. For me to get GoAnywhere MFT running, it took between one to three days.
We have it deployed both on-premise and in the cloud. The cloud deployment is with Amazon and Azure.
It requires some maintenance, but it is easy to maintain GoAnywhere MFT.
What was our ROI?
I've seen a return on investment of between 25% to 30% of the total amount of time saved.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing of GoAnywhere MFT is affordable compared to other similar products. It's not expensive, according to me. What influenced my purchase decision was the fact that the product was quite affordable.

Consider it even when the price seems high because it allows management of all file transfers from a centralized place, making it easy to access and manage files.
