What do you like best about the product?
There are many reasons why I would recommend, listing down a few of them:

Sometimes label generation can cause issues apart from that, vinculum should work on load balancing as it gets slow in case its flooded with lot of requests

Best feature I most like is that It provides complete barcode solution for your organization.
It also has option to process all marketplace orders in one place.

Don't have any point to dislike Vin Eretail.

It helped us to automate our inbound, outbound and return processes using barcode solution provided in Vin Eretail.
We are now processing multi portals orders in one place.

We don't have any point to dislike vin eretail till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) it has saved our lot of time to update inventory and process orders on all portals. Now we are able to process orders from single window. Inventory also get updated automatically on all the portals.

What do you like best about the product?
We can say it is the best multi-channel solution provided by Vinculumgroup. Single window multichannel order processing and inventory handling is a great feature that helps manage orders and inventory smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ticket resolution takes a very long time. They should provide quick support for critical issues, or there should be a mechanism to highlight and resolve critical issues on priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can handle multichannel orders in one window. All orders get reflected in the order inquiry panel; we can either process all orders or select orders. Its excellent feature automatically synchronizes inventory across all channels, so no need to upload inventory on channels manually. MIS report preparing is now simple process as most of inputs can be fethched directly from it's predefined reports.

Live inventory for all skus get replicated on all portals automatically. No need to split inventory and upload it to various marketplace.
It helps to maximize sales as inventory for specific sku get automatically replicated on all portals until it's stock becomes zero.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sku transaction history is limited to 3 months only, there should not be date limit for the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has improved our productivity in terms of orders processing and inventory management.
System directed cycle count helps to match physical stock with real time inventory and find discrepancy if any.
We can upload POs, offline orders in bulk using Excel. Which saves lot of time on manual working.
We have achieved almost 100% error reduction in picking and putaway.

As it is working smoothly in our organization, I don't see any point to dislike as of now.

1) The biggest benefit of vin eretail for us is, we can manage all marketplace orders in one panel. Earlier we had to login into each marketplace one by one for orders processing which was very time consuming process.
2) Automatic real-time inventory synchronisation is awesome tool provided by them. Inventory automatically get synchronised with all marketplace. Which helped us to save time on manual uploading. Earlier we had to upload inventory on marketplace manually.
3) It is accessible 24x7 so I can work in the same even when I am on leave.
4) We can use personal mobile for picking and putaway by installing vin eretail app on the same, if no handheld scanner is available.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of vin-eretail you can improve your online orders processing efficiency. You can process all marketplace orders in one screen with simple packing process.
As it reflects real time inventory on all marketplace, chances of order cancellation due to zero stock is almost impossible.
It allocates/ reserves stock for online orders automatically, hence we can come to know exact stock available in our hand before processing any offline order.

They should provide setting to change session timeout duration. Rest everything is fine.

We are 3PL service provider. We have various clients and their various types of inventories like appliances, apparels, footwear, etc. It has helped us to maintain all types of inventory in easiest ways.

a) It is designed keeping in mind all aspects of the new age of e-commerce. It provides multi-channel order and inventory management in one place.
b) We can use a handheld mobile scanner for put-away and picking, enabling faster and accurate picking/put-away rather than the manual process.
c) Once the picklist is generated, this system automatically shows the following location on the mobile scanner, so users don't have to refer to the paper.
d) We can update SKU images in master. The same get shown on a handheld device at the time of picking, which helps to identify and pick SKU faster.
e) We can integrate it with shipping partners like Shiprocket. We can set rules based on shipment dimension, weight, destination, Pincode serviceability, order types, etc., to assign transporter automatically at the time of packing.

We able to manage all marketplace orders and inventory from Vin Eretail panel . It has helped us to manage orders more efficiently.
After Vin eRetail implementation put-away, picking speed has been improved significantly. Human errors have been reduced as put-away and picking is done on handheld mobile scanner.

1) It helps to manage inventory and orders for multiple channels from one panel.
2) We can maintain inventory in normal sku, bundled sku (BOM) or both as per requirement. Kit or unkit skus as per requirement.
3) We can even virtually bundle sku without prepacking items and sell on marketplace.
4) We can change inventory rotation like FIFO,LIFO,FEFO etc.
