What do you like best about the product?
I loved my experience with Vinculum. Super friendly staff- they came with the best solution quickly, even in a COVID situation.
All the guys were so easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend it.

I think they cost too much for their services. I request to them, Please give attention over there and try to reduce it as much as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me to centralize the Inventory over multiple channels doesn't matter whether it is online or offline. They help me to boost our sales.

I can manage my all portal orders and inventory in one place

sometime support team takes more than 72 hrs to get issue resolved

1) Managing all orders in one place.
2) Inventory get synchronised with all portals automatically.
3) we able to fulfill our orders with scanner which help us to reduce human errors.
4) we able to get skuwise sales report which help us to identify top selling sku. Which increased our targeted sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost all features, mainly warehouse management and order management.

There are nothing to dislike about eRetail.

We used to do lot of manual work before using eRetail, now it's very fast and alot of time saving as well as accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The way everything has different tabs for every function. And th UI is very user friendly. The best feature is the detail export option for where you can download the whole data in the form of excel file and work on the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many things they can work on such as for arranging reverse pickup manually you have to do it if there can be an option of uploading a file and getting this done it will surely increase the productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a refunding team and managing system stuck orders. For the hold orders which we put on hold for internal checking. Creating reverse pickups.

The software is must for retail and e-commerce. Go for it

What do you like best about the product?
Initially, we had an offline store in addition to the online store and most of the time our inventory updates needed to be manual and the cross-checks created too many bottlenecks to our overall process. Thanks to Vin - eRetail most of our issues are solved and helped us have timely updates. One major help we received is the timely help from the support team, they call you as and when required and explain things to you as easy as possible.

Not much, some issues here and there due to miscommunication mostly but we are really happy otherwise

I love that you can set up & manage all your orders and Inventory at one place. Managing our Inventory and orders before was a hurdle. Now we can easily manage our time and resources to make our process better and smooth.

Not dislike but User interface could improve
