Most user friendly data labeling tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the UX of datasaur. I don't have to spend time teaching it to my team or waste time myself like other more complex platforms that perform similar functions
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly believe pricing should be visible to all on the website. Many customers are lost due to the "apply for a demo before you see the price model". Other than that no other complaint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is money and datasaur helps me save time therefor reducing my waste

it is the best tool which is very private which helps to keep the privacy on and i feel very safe while using this tool and it is a user friendly tool which is a very good thing and i love it

there is nothing to be disliked every interface is made as a user friendly page which can be used by everyone and it also helps in the cloud services also which is a very good thing so i don't have any cons regarding this tool

it makes my work easier and it makes my work for the data transcription very easy and with its simple user-friendly interface I can do my work in a lesser time and i love that

Datasaue provides protection from Data breach by providing public and private clouds.

The user interface is not very user friendly. Sometimes it takes time to find the required detail.

I used datasaue to organize and manage my data. It is much better than the usual XLs
has allowed us to optimize our workflow much more

Its interface is quite simple and easy to use so I can use the system in a very practical and uncomplicated way, the customer service team is quite fast when responding to any inconvenience that may arise, carrying out the information labeling tasks has been reduced by 80% which has allowed us to optimize our workflow much more, allowing us to focus on other areas that are also priorities for us, the fact that you have several plan options for Being able to acquire the software seems quite comfortable to me, since it allows me to choose according to the one that best suits my needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of information, on the internet you do not get much information about the use of this platform, so suddenly if you want to have a preview of how it works, you may have something complicated in that sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helping me to improve the workflow of my company, allowing me most of all to simplify the way in which I performed the data transcription tasks to a much simpler and more practical way, but above all automated, which simplifies me enormously many administrative processes within the company.

What do you like best about the product?
We signed on as a Datasaur customer 2 months ago. During that time, they personally helped onboard our team and taught us all the nuances of the product. Even more importantly, we've made a couple of feature requests to help us with our process, and they were able to deliver within days! They've replied every email within hours. Love the amount of support we're getting and wish this team all the best.
There are a lot of new entrants to the labeling market and even some open-source options. Operating in an industry where we have to be privacy- and security-conscientious with our data, Datasaur was the only acceptable solution for us. We recommend them for both feature set and support responsiveness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our next big request is to be able to export a label set, once we've created it on Datasaur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We classify toxic and inappropriate content in our public forums. This is highly subjective work and we need to assign multiple labelers to the same project for "majority rules". Datasaur supports this workflow and even makes it really simple for us to see where our labelers agreed/disagreed.
Most comprehensive labeling tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
My team is working on a large NLP project. There are many platforms and tech stacks to choose from when it comes to training the model, but there was a shocking lack of options for labeling. We approached some end-to-end labeling firms but they quoted exorbitant prices. We almost resorted to building our own internal tool. Fortunately we found Datasaur - they have all the features we planned on building and more. Not only have they made labeling as painless as possible, they also help us manage and review our annotators' progress. Datasaur has saved us countless hours in building our own solution. My team lead never wants to go back to spreadsheets!
We looked at Prodigy, LightTag, LabelBox, Scale and more. You really can't beat Datasaur for their suite of features and price point. And it sure beats having my team spend the next year building and maintaining a crappier version.
