Cloudbees core is everything you love about jenkins and more
What do you like best about the product?
Opening a ticket with Cloudbees support has always resolved any issue that I have brought to them. As well as timely responses from support always have given me peace of mind that if something ever went wrong or if we ever had any questions that we could rely on Cloudbees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say the authentication model for the support site could be better. The Cloudbees network portal feels a little dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that we are solving is that we can have a highly used and effective tool in the marketplace without having to have many high level experts on staff. It gives us vetted plugins and updates. It allows us to have piece of mind when updating the platform that it has been tested and compatible with the plugins we need daily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need support or don't have Jenkins engineers on staff this is a good option.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Some of the plugin upgrade/downgrade impact the jobs which results in build job failure
2) Role based access control can still be improved
3) Some of the Plugin can be moved to tier 1
4) Does not have a easy way to monitor the performance of Jenkins
5)Disk full issues.
6)Buggy Jenkins Global config UI.
7)No central place to manage agent configurations (AMI).
8)AWS Subnet full issues.
9)No metrics to predict current load patterns
10) Android build support can be improved

A great CI, Build Automation product. Nice feature around for continuously building the snapshot of code base and promote to upper environments

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform version (noncloud) I won't recommend anymore. I haven't used cloud version so far
Automation is easy using CJE(cloudbee Jenkins Enterprise)
What do you like best about the product?
Great Support, Accurate results, Efficient results, I really recommend everyone to use jenkins for automation. Their support to the issue is very clear and very much helpful in understanding the problems. The Cloudbee Jenkins is very widely used in DevOps platform for Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CJE rolles out MM & OC upgrades for every 15days. We have to upgrade our Environment for every 15days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With CJE we implemented pipeline deployment strategy to all developers. CJE is very easy to maintain and very comfortable in adding masters,slaves and other services. The Admin console for CJE is very user friendly and can be easily manageable by any user.

Cloud Bees is a great business program that allows for maximum storage thatI can use on a daily basis to save a variety of information

There is not much to dislike and this site accomplishes all of my business needs on one platform continuously.

Problems that this is has solved has been storage. It has allowed for storage to be easy and accessible at any point.
