A Product that Continues to Strengthen Year Over Year
What do you like best about the product?
I like the WYSWYG layout utility that allows for the intuitive reorganization of a form. The product is as simple or complex as most clients need it to be, leaving room for future expansion. I also appreciate that the systems SaaS (Cloud Architecture) design allows it to be used from most devices (tablets, smartphones, PCs, laptops, etc. - in the field or in the office.)
What do you dislike about the product?
"Without multiple power user seats you may have to take screenshots to document your work to flip back and forth between browser tabs during the development phase." - An Agiloft Implementor/Developer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping clients, with massive archives of legacy contracts, find a new database system to import, manage, and search through metadata quickly that they have accumulated through mergers, acquisitions, and just collected over the past 20 years or so in different file formats (primarily PDFs.)

Manage contract risk with customized CLM
What do you like best about the product?
All the functionality necessary for a robust contract lifecycle management process are available with Agiloft. Additionally, the tool is fully customizable, make it easy to tailor processes to an organization's specific requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing makes it really difficult for larger organizations to reap the full benefits of the tool - in order to gain access to necessary reporting and edit capabilities, users must either 'own' a record or be a power user. Power user licenses grant too broad capabilities for the average user, and ownership of a record is too narrow in some cases. A 'middle ground' license option is needed. Additionally, floating licenses are almost useless for larger organizations due to the inability for even admins to see who is currently using them or to free them up as necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft CLM is providing an end-to-end CLM process, allowing our organization to automate many previously manual processes. It also provides better visibility across the enterprise to the status of records as they progress through the CLM workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to integrate with DocuSign to make the contracting process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are not as intuitive as I would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tracking of contract management data.
Customizable CLM
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is very customizable to fit your needs. Every field, rule and integration is possible. The reporting is also great and can be filtered and auto-generated easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside; just so much that can be done that it can become a full-time job. Having an implementation team longer would help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts are now complete from start to finish in one system. Agreements are easily found, and reports run without issue!
Agiloft has great visibility and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track the workflow of the contract from beginning to end. I also like the fact that the repository and the intake are combined and don't require additional steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting the system can be difficult because there are additional levels of complexity depending on the process. It's not always easy to determine a fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that the system is solving include visibility, streamlined workflows, creating a single source of truth for contract submissions, and creating records management for companies and contacts for the various vendors.
Easily managed contract approval solution
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily track contracts and where they are in the approval process. We are able to update contracts ad-hoc if needed by our contract manager, therefore saving time in the approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have the out-of-the-box solution, which includes several buttons and features - these are great, but we need to scale back to make contract submittals less confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time in the approval process and the ability to make updates or corrections to the contracts ad-hoc and resend for approval instead of altogether rejecting the contract and re-submitting the contract for approval.
a flexible solution to meet your CLM needs.
What do you like best about the product?
We like a lot that the tool is flexible in it's configuration able to meet a variety of business scenario's & needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibilty of the system also make the administrative overhead higher then other solutions. Design, Documentation, & Testing can take a significant amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing the viscosity in our Contract Life Cycle Management processes. Allowing self-service workflows for the business, and enabling our contract managers to efficiently review contracts & move them through the process.

too many config options create significant complexity. Would also like Agiloft to provide more expert guidance in strategic decisions as a trusted partner

standard contracting lifecycle management, reporting and analytics, clause and template library
Agiloft is a very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to use agiloft to tailor a contract management system that fits our process and one that we were able to train all employees on. I think our favorite feature is its adaptability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve when getting started with the software. I do not think it is fair to cutom design a software to a company's processes and expect it to be the most user friendly software in the world, so this was expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dozens of sites across the countries and are constantly acquiring more companies at our business, so Agiloft helps us get all our pertinant legal documents in one place.
The Agiloft build for our organization has been collaborative, comprehensive, and expansive.
What do you like best about the product?
Customization is key for our complex organization. With many approval steps, impacted departments and teams, the ability to customize, alter, re-think, adjust and then implement has been key in using Agiloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a complex Agiloft KB means support needs to be customized. Day in, day out support has been challenging. Dedicated support would be helpful to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of required approval steps in our organization has been key in our contract management suite. Uniformity in contract and vendor submission, approval, processing has increased ten-fold.
