Agiloft is an awesome CMS!
What do you like best about the product?
Super robust out of the box, cutting edge technology, super easy front end, and multiple ways to experience nimble extensibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that, sometimes, the system is so robust that it may be challenging to find exactly what you want. But that is where Agiloft assists with their world-class tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source for contracts, approval work flows, customizable dashboards, easy integration to Teams and Word, AI assisted contract searching, rules and workflows to automate your CM.
Agiloft CLM
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft has become one of the leading CLM systems in the industry. The interface is simple to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unaware of any major issues with the product for the majority of CLM needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft supports the major aspects of the contract management lifecycle including document storage, review, versioning, etc.
Detailed and thorough contract management solution
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful experience with Agiloft is all the functionality and comprehensive nature of the product. The support is also excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to learn all the functionality is very detailed and takes a lot of time to learn and complete to make the best use of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft provides the ability to efficiently and effectively track many contract types and functionality needed in our very complex environment.
Advanced AI and Unlimited Workflow Automation
What do you like best about the product?
ConvoAI capabilities for contract discovery and intelligence - especially in Team
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the screens are a bit cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving contracting workflow and processing of essential data elements contained in contracts
Self-configurable system
What do you like best about the product?
I consume NO IT resources to evolve the system. It is so easy to configure that you don't need to spend consultancy dollars or internal IT resources to optimimize or improve the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Their technology improvement footprint is so robust that I am likely 2-3 years behind implementing the enhancements they've already put in. Great overall system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are looking ahead at reducing legal resourses with AI and clause libraries. They are also working on insurance requirements which is key for risk assessment and mitigation.
Agiloft Streamlines our Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to incorporate multiple contract processes into a single system with flexibility to customize to accommodate each unique process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration of Agiloft is a bit confusing. However, there is a lot of training and support documentation available to assist with better understanding the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft is helping to streamline our contract request and management processes. Before Agiloft, everything was being completed via email, and the storage of contracts was inconsistent across the teams.

Ability to create customized workflows for multiple internal groups.

Agiloft HTML text occasionally results in formatting errors in final Word document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing client contracting and renewal process.
A Product that Continues to Strengthen Year Over Year
What do you like best about the product?
I like the WYSWYG layout utility that allows for the intuitive reorganization of a form. The product is as simple or complex as most clients need it to be, leaving room for future expansion. I also appreciate that the systems SaaS (Cloud Architecture) design allows it to be used from most devices (tablets, smartphones, PCs, laptops, etc. - in the field or in the office.)
What do you dislike about the product?
"Without multiple power user seats you may have to take screenshots to document your work to flip back and forth between browser tabs during the development phase." - An Agiloft Implementor/Developer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping clients, with massive archives of legacy contracts, find a new database system to import, manage, and search through metadata quickly that they have accumulated through mergers, acquisitions, and just collected over the past 20 years or so in different file formats (primarily PDFs.)
Manage contract risk with customized CLM
What do you like best about the product?
All the functionality necessary for a robust contract lifecycle management process are available with Agiloft. Additionally, the tool is fully customizable, make it easy to tailor processes to an organization's specific requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing makes it really difficult for larger organizations to reap the full benefits of the tool - in order to gain access to necessary reporting and edit capabilities, users must either 'own' a record or be a power user. Power user licenses grant too broad capabilities for the average user, and ownership of a record is too narrow in some cases. A 'middle ground' license option is needed. Additionally, floating licenses are almost useless for larger organizations due to the inability for even admins to see who is currently using them or to free them up as necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft CLM is providing an end-to-end CLM process, allowing our organization to automate many previously manual processes. It also provides better visibility across the enterprise to the status of records as they progress through the CLM workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to integrate with DocuSign to make the contracting process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are not as intuitive as I would have liked.
