What do you like best about the product?
OpManager provides a unified dashboard that offers a holistic view of the our network infrastructure, including servers, devices and services.OpManager allows us to configure customizable alerts and notifications based on predefined thresholds or specific events. It monitors key performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory utilization, bandwidth consumption, and application response times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's worth noting that while OpManager excels in monitoring Windows-based systems, we have encountered some limitations with regard to its compatibility with certain operating systems, particularly Linux and Unix. In these cases, we've found that the monitoring capabilities for Linux and Unix devices could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has proven to be an ideal solution for our needs, particularly in its ability to monitor devices across multiple parameters. Its comprehensive approach to performance monitoring encompasses a wide range of aspects, including hardware, applications, and processes, which has greatly enhanced our ability to maintain the health and efficiency of our network infrastructure.
User friendly product and easy to configure
What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring the infrastructure has resulted in increased uptime for the data center.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customize Dashboard not avaiable in current version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we faced challenges when VMs or servers went down, as we didn't receive alerts to promptly address the issues. However, now that we receive alerts, we can swiftly take action when such incidents occur.
OP manager ease and efficient way to monitor your infra
What do you like best about the product?
OP manager is easy to understand and it efficiently monitor most of the infra related devices. Mostly APM for database monitoring and netflow both add ons are useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Few more customization may be required in DB monitoring and in sun solaris device monitoring
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has live dashboard, NOC dashboard which helps us to see in a glance about infra parameters. It has out of the box reports which helps our time to go and create in excel. It has different role base access through which we provide customer view to llok in their system about all status.

The analisys provided in every interface. once you properly setup Thredshold, you can easily find bottlenecks and network errors

The back up feature for devices needs some improve.

Find errors in interfaces and links. You can find where you need more bandwith or need to improve performance

ManageEngine OpManager is the best tool available in the market for monitoring network devices. It provides real time alerts and this is one in the best feature I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the thing which I can mention here is their support is not quite prompt.

It's real time alert feature is really good and it helps us troubleshooting the issues promptly and timely manner.
