Nastel is very responsive server performance management platform with excellent integration functionalities which makes it simple to connect to other platforms like AWS, Azure and also RedHat systems for better services production.
Nastel diagnostic capability is effective and the transaction easy tracking via the platform is fantastic. The middleware Automation and the ability to track various changes within the entire business on this solution is amazing.
The product was easy on configuration and the training is avialable through different means like Documentation, Online and also through Video and its offered either free or premium training and the 24/7 support available is excellent.

Nastel offers a wide variety of solutions to our business and helps us expand our reach. Xray helps in keeping a complete track record of each transaction and provides information on any anomalies and instantly identifies the root cause.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything in particular however the UI needs a lot of improvement and getting started with Nastel, in the beginning, has a bit steep learning curve.

We utilize Nastel Xray for transaction tracking for the complete order journey and identifying issues before they affect our customers. Also middleware monitoring.

Nastel has all business intelligence tools that helps my team in ascertaining risks that may occur from various transactions. It tracks data flow across all the applications to enhance transparency in all business operations. Reporting on daily performance and automation of work processes has been great boost to the production of the organization.

The suite of tools is comprehensive and stable. My TAM is among the best I have had. He always responds quickly and knowledgeably.

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the easiest way to monitor over 200K IoT devices and server health. Allows to show device locations on a map, monitor App services and device services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning jQL language used for dataset creation was quite slow and visuals were limited, but with 1.4 version we have got much more features that made our client happy.

Visualizing status of IoT assets, services health.
