Free video editing software that does it all!

What do you like best about the product?
It is a free software that is an all-in-one powerhouse for video editing, visual effects, audio mixing, and even cloud colaboration. There is the paid studio version as well, however the free version has over 90% of its capabilities and more than enough for most businesses. Its major strength is having all the tools you need in one program, as opposed to other software like Adobe that have the same tools scattered over multiple programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all complex software it can take some time to learn and can seem less than intuitive at first. However with time it becomes easy to use and has many hidden features to improve your workflow if you take advantage of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the free version saves me money and has all the capabilities I need. Its all much easier to use and more stable than Adobe products. It receives constant updates and there is plenty of online resources to use with it.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables me to work with my editing team parallarly from anywhere.
Editing can be on different pages so I just need to switch between different pages to do a particular task of visual or sound edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fusion has different items for cinematic quality and all but I think that is not something with satisfy my need and so I do not use it and that particular mode structure can be a little less user friendly at times.

Rest all is okay. nothing much for dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Footages and clips for YouTube and Facebook.
Using to extend it with third party audio and motion graphics.
Working from different places on same project without lagging

What do you like best about the product?
You don't have to leave the platform to completely process and deliver your project. In addition, the workflow seamlessly follows the play head, making edits simple and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides I can see so far would be the lack of a native stock footage plug-in(i.e. StoryBlocks.com, Artgrid, Mixkit, etc.) and not being able to adapt transitions from FCPX, Adobe Premier, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. Not having to move projects in and out of additional programs saves me time, money and effort which allows me to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Amazing video editing software

What do you like best about the product?
It is good as it allows to edit without cutting the corners.
High quality video can be generated HD,4k all most of the resolutions are available.
Colour correction is the Best that's why I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing time is slow hence,Loading takes time.
User interface is little vast that's it was difficult to access more tools initially.
RAM size should be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in client project to deliver things with high quality.
This software I find it affordable to use helping me to increase my portfolio.

Best tool for Video Editing

What do you like best about the product?
Davinci Resolve is a marvellous tool for editing videos, and it has great features which help in editing projects at an industry-standard level. We get our desired output of editing after using this software because of its accuracy and power.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that there is nothing to dislike in this software as once a user gets the hang of it, they can do anything they want using it in a short period of time without any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Davinci Resolve is helping me a lot in the editing of my client's projects any, giving them the desired output without any issues. It has made my work much easier and has helped me save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
All features are awesome. Very easy to use.Quite an advanced software which is actually free to use

it is little complex to begin with . Some document for quick learning should be easily available

I was able to do quality and quick edits for my videos , expert it to multiple formats and got a professional experiecne in a software that is free

What do you like best about the product?
Davinci Resolve is a very fast and superb tool for video editing, and we can open multiple projects at once in this software which is a great feature for me. The colour grading and colour correction features of Davinci Resolve are truly amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, I do not have anything that I dislike about Davinci Resolve. And it is doing pretty much everything that I need it to do for me and is helping me edit all my videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DaVinci Resolve is helping me in editing my video projects and giving the right amount of colour correction and colour curves, and giving the resulting vide high quality.

What do you like best about the product?
The node-based color grading workflow is surely the most powerful feature of Resolve. I like its ability to analyze footage from different cameras and suggest appropriate color management settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, after using Resolve for more than 7 years, I'm surprised that I've never faced any issue with Resolve. Even a first-timer can get his way around the software as it has the most sorted user interface. With the right learning, it can be a sword in a knight's hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a colorist, I can say it is solving the color grading process and limitation originates when you grade multiple footages from different sources providing much consistent output and efficient workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Resolve has industry-standard tools for color grading. In addition, the user interface can be used by both independent filmmakers and big studios. It provides Color-grading, editing, and Sound Design, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom scripting API is limited. Hence it is hard to implement it in complex pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes the need for a separate program to finish post-production work. Instead, it provides a one-stop pipeline from footage assembly to export.

All the basics that you need

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly edit the tutorials that I record. I can insert clips from other sources and place titles and other kinds of text. Editing is easy and quick. The quality is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation is not straight forward. It took me quite some time to figure out which version to install and from where the start the program. I turned out that I needed to search the program under REsolve and not DaVinci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create and edit decent quality videos for the Revit tutorials I make in my office. Before, I used Windows Movie Maker, which was quite clunky and slow.
