What do you like best about the product?
Celnois offers the perfect Supply chain product which streamline's many companies Buisness. It's user friendly application ensures great value in using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customisation is little higher when compared to other ERP's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves problem is providing report where I could see my stock status based on ageing.

The solutions provided by celonis around data processing is one of the best thing I have ever liked about it. Apart from that the software assistant had helped alot in my problem solving and design.

So far I haven't found any issues related to my issues in celonis but the presence of celonis is very less known among the people using such platform and services. In my views celonis must try make a greater reach.

The best part about celonis is we can not only measure your OTIF rate, but also find the root causes of delays in your processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could provide AI where, based on data they collect from reference cases, they could give us suggesstions.

This tool is good and has helped us realize good value by optimizing a lot of processes.its help us understand the process issues in supply. Improving the process at core level has been achieved using Celonis.

There are performance issues and basic functions that are available in excel that are not part of the tool which would be helpful. There is no loop function.

It has also helped us understand the process issues in supply chain and manufacturing which indirectly impact the purchasing and selling of goods

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis offer more customizations (in terms of KPIs and dashborading). The PQL syntax is similar to an SQL syntax and hence is relatively easy to master. This reduces the learning curve. Celonis' certification are hands on and apt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis (like any other discovery tool) is good a problem identification. However, there is no mechanism to know how to solve the problem. The isn't a great amount of help available online or via Celoni's online channels/support team to debug any issues.

It was quite good experience still i believe there is room for improvement

Also, the implementation process can be resource-intensive and time-consuming. however, i feel the cost of the software to be prohibitive, particularly for smaller businesses.
