Bringing visibility to O2C process issues and unlocking value
What do you like best about the product?
Data driven approach to identify bottlenecks, helping to engage and convince stakeholders about the need of improve the process. Very fast to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside. Challenge is to keep all parts engaged to execute actions - there is a lot to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: undesirable activities, reworks, touches in the O2C process that lead to longer cycle times.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, standout functionality when compared to other process mining solutions. Extremely versatile vis-a-vis it solutions for data extraction and automation of internal and external business functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs have been reported by myself and others for YEARS and are still in the software. Fast paced development leaves its traces in the form of strange bugs or lack of functionality, that stand in stark contrast with the otherwise polished product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process inefficiencies of any kind can be analyzed and abated, only limited by creativity and the willingness to actually change inefficient processes. Benefits can range from faster, more efficient and smoother processes to happier customers, to large amounts of savings. All dependent on the process.

So feature-rich. Almost everything is possible as far as process mining is concerned

The Cost of the License is higher. This is the only factor that keeps few customers from opting for celonis

End to end operations overview and process overview task overview and automation as it supports inbuilt python capabilities via library Celonis_tools

The flexibility of the dashboards makes "what if" discussions more productive. Celonis has enabled us to take a deeper dive into our processes and related data and find efficiencies hidden in our old, static reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our process flows have so many variables that it is difficult to identify the bottlenecks, even with Celonis process mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the first six months, we've made business cases for several process automations using the Celonis process insights to justify the change. The process automations implemented are saving 200 hours of labor a month, and we expect to double that in the next six months.

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for process analytics with ability to analyse across data models (e.g. WMS, P2P, MM),
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyst unnecessarily restricting analyses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex material availability issues involving the use of WMS, P2P, and MM plug-ins, as well as more straightforward P2P efficiency improvements. The main benefits realized have been the reduction of Maintenance Orders technically completed without Post Goods Issue, improved material availability, reduced PR to PO cycle times, as well as working capital improvements, mainly in the inventory management space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure the roll-out of Celonis is done with the entire organization in mind and with a long-term perspective. Ensure necessary roles/resources are engaged early on in the process and make sure that the use cases to be handled in each distinct BU / Function is clearly described.

What do you like best about the product?
The digital twin is an amazing feature to show the true variation in the process. Ability to look at the process from a 30,000 feet level to understand broad trends as well as zoom into an individual transcation seamlessly is very useful when doing root cause analysis. All the data needed for executing a Lean/Six-Sigma project is readily available. The dashboards can be customized to meet the needs of the business and tell the story in their langauage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily dislike - more like challenges....
It is not a quick journey. It takes time and effort to establish conenctions to the right tables in the SOR's. Still needs a lot of resources to come together to make the deployment siccessful.

We are using Celonis to help us identify opportunities to improve our Operational effectiveness. We are still early in our journey; but the results have been very promising!
Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very friendly interface to do process mining. To view process steps and analysis of each step becomes very accessible with celonis. All you need to do is format your data compatible with celonis input.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything. Only if there could more visualization features can be added.

It helped in visualization of different manufacturing related processes

The pricing of the tool sometimes makes ot difficult to position
