Great technology with many opportunities - if positioned the right way
What do you like best about the product?
The software offers a wide range of functionalities from process analyses to actual tools at hand for process execution. Features are further developed at a rapid pace and continuously enhanced with new innovations. Consulting around the technical deployment as well as the sustainable integration in the organization can be supported by professional services teams at additional cost.
What particularly stands out, apart from the technology, is the extraordinary commitment and quality of the support provided by the Business Value Architect consultant. The applied methodology is fundamentally raising realization and measurement of success to a new and sustainable level.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, but a challenge is positioning the tool within the organization. This is where significant time and effort can be lost. However, Celonis seems to be investing in guiding customers in that matter more and more and is building up new consulting teams like the BVA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on master data quality e.g. payment terms across business units, connection between departments in P2P and AP space, monitor and alert for compliance use cases and optimizing Finance processes in AR and AP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Close collaboration with the business users and evaluation of ROI per use case is recommended when defining the development roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
Having almost all F&A data , for majority of countries under single Celonis dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to huge amount of data sometime Celonis can load/reload for few moments but largely it is due to network performance and inhouse servers capability. Once it is improved Celonis should not be a showstopper of high performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am analyzing accuracy of Accounts Payable process in terms of paying invoices on time (or late). It helped very quickly to zero in on key drivers of late payments due to invoices scanned as overdue or invoices with abnormally long clearing time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a lot of dispersed ERP clients, workflow systems for running F&A operations and you need a single tool to connect them all to it, I believe that Celonis can give you what you really need which is having E2E overview on entire process lifecycle with action log functionality for better deep dive into changes and activities which would not be shown on the plain & final report.

What do you like best about the product?
To get transparancy very fast and get also the ideas and possibilities for automated solutions.

At the beginning the data load don`t fit very well, but now it works really good and Celonis did a great support job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got a really good transparancy about the issues and the possiblities for improvment the business and speed up our processes. We did some easy automations and also some quick analysis, which last at other systems much more time.

Professional Company with a complete spectrum of available resources from Technical to specific Business needs covering the full life cycle of the implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful Process Mining tool for Advanced Process Analytics. Fast visualisation of "as is" process. Nice and user friendly interface. Ability to easily detect bottlenecks, rework, inefficiencies, conformance deviations in the process and present it in a simple way to all relevant stakeholders. Excellent Enterprise Class Support and helpful Account Managers. Additional capabilities that differentiate Celonis from other vendors (export as BPMN, workflow automation, Task Mining module, smart triggering of the RPA bots from all major vendors, EMS, Machine Learning Workbench are some to mention).

Licencing price (Because we can't afford it for every process)

Celonis is a great tool in Order to Cash process mining.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility under the analysis is really incredible. Even though the tool has a lot of differents conection, it's very frectionless. But is import to know what is the best information of your process for you get the best from the Celonis.

The vision of information is a little bit limited. But with the demo of Business View I think it could be better.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is very intuitive and user-friendly which certainly helps during onboarding process. As a person unfamiliar with any reporting/ analytical language (nor PQL), I was able to construct pretty complex analysis, surprisingly quickly! Of course, I did it with precious support of Celonis team, PQL library and the community forum - I find these sources extremely helpful. Even though I'm only starting to discover the Action Engine and Process Automation segments, I see great potential in them - especially when I consider the fact that I can develop improvements myself. What I also appreciate in Celonis is that it's very stable, I've never experienced any system break-down. Overall, Celonis gives the unique experience of transparent visibility of the digital footprint which is simply amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can think of is that Celonis doesn't have any limited UI version that could be used to share selected information with external stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis provides me visibility of digital footprints that I didn't have before, providing along the process duration which eventually lets me decide which processes need to be optimized. It allows me to analyze big set of data in an effective way. Most importantly, it allows me develop automation initiatives that optimize the processes.

We're currently implementing and reviewing our procure to pay, accounts payable, order to cash, and plan to manufacture processes. At this time, an immediate benefit is that our internal audit team has saved audit time by building dashboards in Celonis for procure to pay and accounts payable.
