What do you like best about the product?
Market leader in process mining, we used to integrate our databases like GCP, hive, terradata etc and built dashboards & presented to leadership for value realization.
What do you dislike about the product?
high cost of professional services, challenges in value realization, data access and approval issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mining, identifyng bottlenecks in end to end processes, improve prcesses, identify automation opportunities etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Their fantastic professionals. Always ready to help with any kind of problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Views Analysis is not ready yet for publishing. Lack of everything.

Process Efficiency and Prevention problems.
One of the best Process Mining tools for extracting value from unused data in business processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The Process Explorer to give transparency to the process by being able to change the main KPIs quickly.

What I don't like about Celonis is the prices, if we compare it with the competition it is way above its prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis in Santander's projects is above all providing transparency on processes, making it possible to discover inefficiencies that will lead to savings in many areas.
Celonis is a very user friendly and low code tool to generate beautiful process dashboards

Celonis displays how a process is performed and what are the pain point areas where things are going wrong. Using interactive dashboards we can drill down

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is on of the best process mining tool for process optimisation and process descovery we can also find deviation for the relavent process and improve iffencies . Also we can create dashboard to for actual view of our process .we can also perform automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dislike points which I have observed in celonis it's costier than other tools available in market . And the another is response time' sometimes they are very active with the perticular queries and cases. But sometimes it's take long and also not provide any resolution .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis provide best dashboard creation tools we can also find out powerfull KPI for the relevant process as I'm in service now ITSM project so we have used KPIs like request closed, request opened,task on hold,average resolution time . We can also see the process overview in process explorer as well as number of varient for our process . Find root causes of our process . Perform actions engine , action Flow .

Very unstable and sometimes its down. Need more documentation

I want to make career in the field of process mining so i was searching for the tools which are used in process mining luckily I found Celonis where I understood the concepts of process mining and during that I found that Celonis helps users identify and address inefficiencies in process execution.
