QoL features and amount of them; constantly improving ease of use; number of compatible source systems or other tools available e.g. in Action Flows; dedicated customer service team; user friendly UI

Some of the features take too long to load and sometimes I feel like they shoud be 'saved' once loaded 5 minutes before the next load [maybe there is a better way to describe it, sorry].
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From our organization perspective the biggest strenght of Celonis is ability to integrate with multiple source systems, very efficient data pulling from our main system [SAP], variety of possibilities to transform the data and use it [analytics, reporting, automations]. There is real value realised and still even more potential for the org.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is a very balanced solution. It allows the company to visualize data as never before, taking insights and leveraging them to automate and change processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problems of celonis are the following. The first one has to do with the support, sometimes we have bugs or problems with celonis that we cannot solve and celonis support takes a lot of time to really help and solve the problems, additionally o give them information about the problem and they keep asking for the same information over and over again. The second problem is how slow celonis gets, we have already open tickets about it but they cannot give as an explanation or a solution.

Duplicate invoices, Purchase order leadtime reduction, Pending Purchase Orders, Currency checker...
Exceptional experience with OCPM
What do you like best about the product?
It gives powerful tools to model and monitor complex processes. In particular, OCPM is fantastic for the complex framework of the company I work for.

I'd like to have more courses and exercises to learn PQL better.

I belive that Celonis platform is th best choice today for process data mining and automation also the innovation direction is very strong. Connector is very strong, visual data mining, object process explorer is very powerful. now there are also other AI features available where it is possible to create assistants in "lowcode" logic.

Although it is not utilized much for continuous monitoring, it has significantly enhanced our understanding of improvement opportunities.

Celonis does not provide a detailed picture of user activities within processes because it relies on event logs from ERP systems. It offers only a process view without task mining capabilities. Expanding into task mining could offer greater insights.

it is very easy to use, with direct access to all data from different sources. the implementation of our use cases has been done very quickly with a great suport team directly from Celonis. we use two apps for audit activities for our dayly audit activities. very easy integration with SAP.
