Very insights information on cloud usage
What do you like best about the product?
At Tata 1mg, we have been working with CloudKeeper for the past 2+ years. TTN team helps us to provide RI recommendations, resource resizing information and cost usage information to reduce the aws cloud spending.
The custom report is very useful in monitoring and segregating costs as per services, usage, tags, etc.

There is nothing to dislike but need some improvement in the Cloudkeeper dashboard. Require some additional features on top of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little understanding to see how the cost model works during the integration window. It took us a couple of meetings to clearly understand the monthly cost savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem that we are solving is controlling our cloud computing costs. The solution brings in the necessary savings while depicting the breakdown of components responsible for the cost consumption.

It is not updating real time. The weekly data is updated on Thursday. So waiting till Thursday is not helping.

Cash is king, and thats the best part about reselling services offered by Cloudkeeper. Really like how we get discounts on our AWS consumption for literelly doing nothing.

Everything has been well so far. Just a suggestion that we would like access control over CK lens for our org so that we can control who sees what.

The idea of getting discounts just by changing payment entity was unbelievable but, it really works. After a few clicks we started saving a considerable % of our monthly AWS cost.
