Easy and simple cloud monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Cost reduction without any upfront payment. Simple and easy dashboard to monitor resources and cost estimates
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike about Cloudkeeper. So far worked very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly cost saving without over-committing to cloud resources. User-friendly dashboard to monitor resource usage and cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed of the tool and the amount of information it gives which makes it worth the use
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrate AI in this tool which will give suggestion on where cost can be decreased and send out that details to the user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting service-wise/region-wise breakup of the cost and resources utilized with the resource name and ID
CloudKeeper great support and the dashboard is amazing to optimize your billing .

Discount on billing and technical support with their tech team.

They do not have alert setting on dashboard

Suggestion to reduce the billing amount and the recommendation about the resources.

Detailed explanation on the cloud spends are shown in the better UI.

It still requires more details on the recommendations and the detailed bill spend explanation in a better layout.

What do you like best about the product?
The promised savings are being realized each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were led to believe the implementation process would be as easy as clicking a few buttons. Instead, it required us to re-implement our AWS SSO environment for employee access to AWS and recreate all accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper removes the need for us to forecast and commit to long-term reserved instances and savings plans with AWS.

Provides good recommendations for cost optimization. Great support and quick responses from the team for any concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. One more fantastic addition is if they can provide Savings plan recommendations on portal.

It is helpful to identify overspending and try to optimize costs. They also provide good recommendations on CSP which is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
The on call support and the dashboard give the best experience of the platform's full potential and utilization. We love how quickly a query is being addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall product is great. We are still waiting for the product to have a slack integration so that we get alerts on billing info rather than a manual email trigger.

Cloudkeeper helps us track billings, expenses, and discounts and also helps us solve technical challenges concerning cost. It also helps us design better infrastructure.
Very easy to use and useful tool for Cloud cost tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the numbers I need are readily available and accurate, and it helps me budget costs and works out cost optimisation plans easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it could have more user personalisation features.

Making it easier for me to keep an eye on my Cloud costs.
