Great and useful product
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudkeeper really helps us keep control of our cloud costs in a simple and concise format. It is easy to track down cost increases and anomalies across all of our cloud accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt support Azure to my knowledge. Some functionality could be further enhanced,

Helps us keep track of costs and make informed decisions and detecting anomalies.

We have integration with To the New partner which gives us discount on AWS Bills. This portal helps us to see directly discounted bills which we can't see using cost explorer.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper's user friendly dashboard for analyzing cloud cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes three days to update data so that can be reduced.

CloudKeeper provides great analytics tools for observing cloud cost which is categorized by services so it helps me in optimizing my cloud service with cost in mind.
Good Analysis of AWS Billing

Easy to view AWS costs of multiple accounts in one place.
AWS WAFR is easily conducted. Security measures for the account and cost savings were identified in the exercise.
The team has good expertise with AWS and help with migrations and cost savings.

Nothing as such curently. Team is capable enough to solve issues.

CK is giving us the clear picture of how Our AWS usage are across accounts . What are things we can do to bring down the AWS bill. How we can get the premium support etc.

What do you like best about the product?
To start with, CloudKeeper helps save costs with direct discounts and a unified UI intended for infra-cost management. On top of it, communication with CloudKeeper's team has been consistently clear and responsive. Any challenges or questions were addressed promptly, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. It's clear that they prioritize building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual growth. The cloudKeeper team has been an extended arm for us to streamline cloud infra management.

I have nothing to pick from in this category.

We are engaging with CloudKeeper for 2 of the major problems that we faced. Cost savings, and cloud infra management with industry-standard practices. Engagement with cloudkeeper has helped us in both of these.

I have never used cloudkeeper before but after using it in dealshare It was very impressing.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the cost alerts on any perticular service and we can check how much the cost have increased for the service.

As we can maintain our cost by using cost alerts for any perticular service in aws so we can be very efficient with our utilisation
Best way to optimise cloud spends
What do you like best about the product?
1. CK team from TTN is super supportive on all our tracks around infra cost optimisation, EDP, CSP, maintenance activities like VPC peering, VPC separation, Spot capacity rebalancing, capacity provider, NAT gateways to reduce inter AZ costs and evaluation of AWS managed services from a cost perspective (ex: RDS vs self-hosted mysql DB). The team gets hands-on and support us even during off biz hours maintenance activities that usually happen post midnight in our context.
2. CK Lens is a cool tool that we use a lot more than AWS cost explorer. Segregated daily views on various heads/resources like CDN, EC2, S3 etc help us to monitor our cloud spends manually. We also use their alerting mechanisms to detect any deviations in our spends wherein we get notified via emails
3. Overall, we've got a deep discount with our EDP commitment via TTN on AWS and a great support from the team so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
CK Lens can try to provide the cost insights as real time as AWS does (ex: CSP utilisation in CK Lens would have 1 or 2 days delay when compared to AWS). Getting cost analysis via tags will be another good to have feature.
Other than these improvements in tool, I don't see any discomfort with the team or the entire service and product.

Helps us to optimise our cloud spends in AWS by proactively monitoring cost, suggesting recommendations which aren't available in AWS etc. We were able to save hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 1.5 years of collaboration with CloudKeeper team

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard shows all the services and recommendations. Also, seeing the cost breakdown in real-time and the ability to see a spike or reduction in resource utilization. Also, the ability to export data in Excel for further analysis.
The level of engagement with the Cloudkeeper team is amazing. They are always available and willing to assist with the management and optimization of my AWS account usage.
The discount offered against what I would normally pay to AWS directly is awesome!

Nothing so far. User experience and satisfaction with the service is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to CloudKeeper in order to bring our cloud cost under control and also get a level of discount while doing that. So far, it has been a win-win situation for my company. We have been able to reduce costs and also have a better overview of resource usage and a breakdown of the monthly AWS bill.
