What do you like best about the product?
the support and data analysis is easy and for the agent to monitor and track the performance and this actually helps us individually to improve our performance. Apart from that, the one application helps us for complete resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it sometimes takes time to load but that must be due to my internet and need to wait some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the requests made by the customer and provide end to end resolution to the customer. Even to track the previous ticket by the same parent and so we can easily track everything in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is pro-level software and is extremely useful for conducting my daily task on this platform to support the customer with their queries and give them resolution. It is easy to track your own performance and help us in improving and tracking our own KIP.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Zendesk is a great product to use as a customer service team.
Very easy to help customers, follow up on their tickets and offer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation of product.

There's no direct integration of ZD with other customer support platforms

Supporting customers, following up on calls and chats with customers

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable. Good scaling possibilities and can be used by small and enterprise businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There support quality has decreased in the past. Zendesk has changed to AI technology's and it is more and more hard to talk to a real person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 10k+ incoming customer tickets and a few thousand calls per month. We also use the integrated knowledge base where we have 2mio+ view per year
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look out for the marketplace. If there seems to be a function missing it is probably available as an app.

What do you like best about the product?
We can add email and our respective social profiles to this account, we can reply to customers directly from the platform, there are various integrations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has limited social profile integrations; the user interface is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing our customer's support and solutions to the issues faced. Providing real-time support with proper knowlegde base.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and user-friendly. Has a lot of customizable features to ensure customers are taken care of with ease of resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall slightly plan layout. Could use some color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service issues such as canceling accounts, communicating via email. Very quick and easy way to communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the greatest features that make the software exciting and user-friendly. The most informative software thus far , you have access to most of the tools within your work-related issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you solve a ticket, some of them bounce back and come back as open with all the information on the quid force gone. This is time-consuming. It will really help if this is resolved ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service-related queries and the great stuff is that Knowledge base is at the tip of my hands all features are included on Zendesk which make life so much easier when getting a call and resolving the issue promptly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like to see your company prosper because your employees have the tools of what it takes to make it a success then Zendesk is your software for office use.

What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk is super helpful for tracking and pulling customer profiles and past interactions. Furthermore, it helps save tme on each interaction as all necessary tools are available on the same screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer's account may not be readily available if the customer has not updated their info through their personal/ customer account, leading to an outdated profile being selected but can easily be rectified as links lead to related account with the correct info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that it helps locate and bring up customer and shopper profiles quicker and helps connect to other tools all on one screen and the same interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zendesk makes customer service. They have canned responses and everything is so organized. You can assign certain tickets to certain employees and also filter certain keywords so they are marked more urgent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails we send out to customers go to their junk mail - which isn't necessarily Zendesk's fault but we have customers saying they never got responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is much more organized for us. Before Zendesk, we were working with email only and no customer service platform which became very messy. It's so much easier to have everything in one place also and any of the customer service reps can see the history of certain customers and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can capture A customer's information quickly, and sometimes it auto-populates the data if it's an existing customer. it also works well with Instacart and okta admin Softwares
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime's it doesn't populate tickets on Zendesk, and when you're saving a ticket, it automatically brings it back empty without the information filled in, which makes it a bit hard to solve a ticket, especially if you're queuing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sending follow-up emails after solving a customer's issue and documenting the interaction or what was happening on the call or any transfers or voice recordings of calls.

easy and efficient, quick to navigate and understand, documentation and call recordings are available
