The best live chat

What do you like best about the product?
like that I can install a talk gadget on my site and when a guest goes to my site I can engange them through the live visit and afterward from my zendesk dashboard I get usefull data, for example, on which page the individual utilizing the livechat is at. I likewise like that record sending is upheld and clients can give screen captures or pictures in order to get help from our operators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vast majority of the usefull highlights are accessible on the expert arrangement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zendesk talk to offer help to our customers on our site and since we began utilizing Zendesk visit we have seen an expansion in transformation rates.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Very self explanatory, great helpful resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I dislike about the Zendesk product and services.

I have realized several benefits, as mentioned above, very useful, very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Zendesk is to use and how easy it is to work with a large group of people. We have dozens of people at a time using Zendesk to communicate with customers and the system makes it so simple. There's never any issue of multiple people working on the same ticket. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the system is that sometimes it'll glitch a bit and I'll have to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zendesk to communicate with customers and keep track of issues. The benefits of having everything in a centralized location is innumerable. It's also handy that it keeps track of everything via tickets so even if someone responds to something from weeks ago, we'll have a reference point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It's such an easy product to use and it simplifies everything. The product allows everyone on the team to keep track of their tasks and easily see what needs to be done!

What do you like best about the product?
Makes managing tickets and requests very easy. Gives options for feedback and tracking of employees workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the whole step between new, open, pending, and closed seems to be a little much, espeically when writing a new email from zendesk. You go straight to pending which I still don't know is completely right or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to keep up with multiple clients in one place.

Ease of use, zendesk help guides and implementation team is excellent. Instant ROI

Would like more personalization options.

We were tracking all customer interaction from a support perspective. 1-touch resolution. Improved TAT and client satisfaction

What do you like best about the product?
They are pretty quick to respond and most times they do offer viable solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the links to documents and however there is very limited help to basic account holders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data tracking, keeping support emails separate from operational email assists us in tracking down issues, making help documents for recurring questions, canned responses are great! Ability to set items into pending is also helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ok if you have basic knowledge and technical ability and considering a Basic Account. There is not a lot of support if you are not Enterprise or higher. Great for helpdesk. Lots of features and the basic plan is a great value. There are some mayor limitations to Basic users however you can build a pretty decent support platform for $60 a year. I recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and organization. It allows for the allocating of folders and responsibilities and great for triage.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's laggy, there are no real notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking care of end users in a very efficient manner, it allows to separate between priorities and handle accordingly
