ZenDesk is a great tool for assisting customers

Ease of use and the notification process

It can be quite slow at times due to server issues

Issues wth Client accounts, answering client questions and requests

It’s easy to use and the customer service is great. If I ever need an answer to something I can call or talk to our account rep ASAP.

There’s nothing I dislike avctually. I think it’s a great service all around

What do you like best about the product?
It is customizable on a client to client basis. If there are specific contracts, expirations on tickets can be made so that reply times are met properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there would be an issue where it feels like you are spamming customers because you have to respond back after a certain amount of time. It would be nice if there was an auto close if customers do not respond back after some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved multiple problems through ZenDesk. It helps knowing you can add images directly to your responses to customers and or attach files to responses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of ways to boost team member spirits. Leaderboards helps to create goals.
Zendesk Support - a no brainer
What do you like best about the product?
What is there to say that hasn't already been said about Zendesk? It's program is top notch, and the seamless integration between it and many other apps (JIRA most importantly) make it the go-to app for any support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally outages can interfere with work, but their own support team is quick to communicate these and help troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using ZD for our app to answer question, notify users about bugs, etc. This allows us to quickly and easily respond to our user's questions and categorize them. Another overlooked feature is the reporting, which allow us to see who is having what issue and create internal materials to solve this.

Zendesk provides an easy to use interface for submitting queries and finding necessary information.

In using Zendesk, we have come across no issues currently.

We use Zendesk for finding necessary information for our benadmin platform, and submitting queries should help not already be available.

Multple methods of submitting tickets, easy to use interface.

Reopened ticket when user says “thanks.”

Finding issues before they happen. Provide training after identifying pain points.

Wish tickets were a bit easier to manage.

Connects all necessary staff to issues and questions to quickly get a resolutio. Everybody can see tickets and do what’s needed to get things done fast.

Its simple and professional and has a lot of useful integrations

The new addon and improvements are starting to ramp the price up a bit.

This is our primary support tool and I am able to report and manage my metrics. I also really like the Support app on the IPad

What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk is very easy to use and has a variety of apps that makes support teams very efficient to support different customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that makes Zendesk not likable is the fact that sometimes the tickets dont automatically get sent or that you have to go through different stages to make sure the ticket is solved when your done assisting a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved Mobile issues, data, calls, text, and device issues.

Love the dashboard is easy to view who is on your site, who is looking to chat, and where they are located.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to quickly identify if they are a current user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zendesk to connect with current customers who need assistance using our service as well as connect with potential clients browsing our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zendesk is great as a basic chat service. There are other services that are better in regard to analytics and marketing. If you dont have a need for those services then Zendesk is an easy platform to learn and work.
