What do you like best about the product?
Seemless flow I’m confident that nothing falls between the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup and start. One can easily configure the chat box from the Zendesk site and use the code to set it up on the website.
Definitely one of the best on-site chat tool when it comes to connectivity to your mobile device. I've used other platforms but they seem to lose signal and the connection between mobile data devices is terrible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I'd say, they can offer better packages at current price points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling chat feature for people who come on the website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even though one can get better pricing with Zoho Sales IQ, Zendesk offers more options to tailor the chat window and how you interact with the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
First, let me start with... I previously used Zendesk in a company that I managed about 6 or 7 years ago, and it we heavily relied on Zendesk back then. Now, with the current company I own, we started using Zendesk again after having such a great experience the first time around. I thought it was great then - it's so much better now! There are a ton of app integrations that you can easily integrate with. It's cost-effective and reasonable for small to large businesses. There is a lot of support readily available if you need help with anything on your account. I like the ability to have support email, messages & mentions from social and chat all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of any dislikes for Zendesk!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improvement in customer service - response times are faster. This helps with time management since everything is on one easy dashboard, there is no need to log in to several platforms to respond to support issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zendesk is easy to implement and easy to get started with. Sign up for their free trial and test it out. You will get a good feel for the platform and test out their integrations.

Easy Customer Support Ticket Management

What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk is easy to use and allows custom views so that I can keep track of my tickets, open and pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get the ticket number without having to hover or click on the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a software company, so we manage everything from bugs to training to installations using the software, helping us keep track of priority tickets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is certainly worth your time and effort to consider this support software.

What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk is extremely affordable (free) to provide support for small business. The pay options are very affordable as your business grows and you need to provide more services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about Zendesk at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate immediately with any visitor that comes to our website. This allows us to convert more leads to clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, and you will find that it has everything you need to provide excellent support to you clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can contact help support and my own team support through this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes at times during updates and wish this would be fixed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making sure i receive up to date information from my contractor .

Zendesk Chat make my small business seem large

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can chat from my phone when I need to step away from my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic service should include more features, it feels like they skimp on the basic service and overcharge for upgraded service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through zendesk chat my customers can interact with me 24/7 and I can respond at my convenience, but I also am not tied down to certain hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't buy more seats than you need, the cost can add up quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
-Easy to assign tickets
-Easy to cc in tickets
-Can add internal notes
-Can add attachments
What do you dislike about the product?
-Also use Zendesk Chat - sometimes there is an issue creating ticket from missed chat
-Cannot sort in multiple ways (by tickets assigned to what employee and date)
-Max attachment size is 7MB
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used another help desk software before and had a lot of trouble with customers understanding how to submit tickets. This software made our customer create an account to add notes or replies to their tickets, they couldn't just reply to the emails. If they replied it would create a new ticket. Zendesk has completely solves this issue for us and made the experience for our customers much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If exporting from Freshdesk, prepare for a lengthy process

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and how user friendly it is not only for end-users but for admins as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently updated their platform and some things are a bit difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in almost every aspect of our company. Since we are a family entertainment center we have multiple departments and Zendesk helps us keep all issues in one place.
