What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk has a really clean, intuitive user interface and it helps us make sure customer questions and requests don't slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get so many features that managing them all can get complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to offer a channel for customers to contact us about any problems they run into with our software, and Zendesk helps us manage our responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Tickets are easy to "customize" with an inbox that separates them into things like "open, new, pending, deleted, spam, recently solved, etc". You can auto-assign tickets to agents but also just have the agent "take" a ticket, and it will show up in the boxes (all of them ) assigned to that agent. A nice feature so that you know which ones are yours.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is only because I don't "use" all the features. The admin side is full of tools that don't pertain to me, but that's not bad. It just makes it a wee bit complicated to "find" the things I need. But that also means there are many features to agree with and complement many different business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket assignment, ticket creation, ticket tracking, pending issues, open issues, problem solving and tracking (we have integrated with Jira, Metabase and a few other useful tools)

Super easy to use and setup. Help is good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isn't a sound option for incoming tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to watch other coworkers work to know if people are pulling their weight.

Communicated quickly with agent through chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a great experience having to communicate with the bot first.

Unable to communicate with customers via text, they are making it possible to resolve this.

Easy to use, customizable with macros to automate certain processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a slight window of opportunity for errors when sending a message, and internal notes are sent as customer-facing messages or viceversa,

Manage customer tickets both from tier1 support and escalated teams

What do you like best about the product?
The icon top bar is so helpful when making outbound calls. Also, the PB button is easier to use when getting a ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything to dislike zendesk. I hope it will have a theme and be more colorful for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to solve unnecessary tickets and filtered the important ones.

What do you like best about the product?
As for my experience so far, I'm 100% pleased. The agent (CJ) was cordial, answered quickly and their answer was exactly the guidance that I needed! Now I have the information I wanted to help me solve my problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside to using the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem regarding archiver tickets, and thanks to the agent who helped me through the Zendesk Support Suite, I now can fix the issue I had and improve the processes of my Team's Zzendesk dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use, this helps users to track create and handle escalations fluidly. It makes communicating with various teams seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside here is the limited trigger for internal and external notes.

This program makes everything transparent between various service agents, which avoid repetition and waste time
