Great tool to have an overview on all your metrics fast.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Toucan's ability to give an easy and fast access to insights, thanks to the intuitive interface of the platform.
The clarity of the dashboards is consistent on all levels and for everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
Toucan is a young company, with it comes an amazing customer service and a lot of other advantages you won't find in larger businesses.
However, I would like to see more fluidity in the product processes, such as the ability to create tiles in any size I'd like.

Have a single point of truth that users have access to without complexity.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan helped our business put data in the hands of our customers. The end user experience is easy and quick to get for anyone, which is a huge added value for us, our product, and our clients. Toucan is also easy and flexible to integrate within our existing tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to schedule excel reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Making data understandable by our customers, in order to increase their perceived value of our product.
2) Build a best in class reporting component in our product without needing to hire a team of experts.

Accessibility for non-technicals, ease of use/adoption, UX and design.

Honestly there are not much things I dislike. Only some suggestions to make this great tool even better:

We've increased adoption rates, better support for business users, reduced churn, easily deployed analytics solution.

Snowflake integration is flawless and once you get everything set up, you'll be unstoppable with Toucan.
We put data in the hands of a previously unreachable audience.
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan's interpretation of what analytics should be is a unique and winning strategy; having seen and worked with numerous BI vendors in our enterprise. Toucan's obsession with customer experience shows at all levels of the product, from the end user and app builder perceptions, and has lead to outstanding adoption throughout the HR department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more charts on Toucan!

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan has taken a strong stance in terms of what it stands for, and they're great at what they say they do. On top of that, the customer service is truly outstanding: reactive, competent, value-adding, and NICE. This makes Toucan the PERFECT partner to work with if you're a small business looking to add value to your existing services.

Toucan is an amazing product that is breaking barriers in the analytics world. But Toucan isn't just a product, it's also a team and an experience built around their customers. Immense progress was made in a few weeks and helped us accelerate the establishment of accessible analytics throughout the business.

I couldn't tell at this point. So far, nothing comes to mind.

The modern and refreshing approach of Toucan is making noise within our company. The design and the consistent look and feel across our apps have definitely ingrained analytics in the mind of our users, who despite having had access to analytics solutions for the past years, seam to only start discovering insights. Toucan is an amazing data storytelling product that helps its users take decisions by standardising a great user experience that protects clarity for our business users, and rapid deployment for the data analysts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The consistency of the apps are a certain plus, but once you get to your 10th app, things start to look a little bit alike. More design options would be great, although it's just a detail.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan is made for decision makers, and comes whenever you know the need is related to communicating insights, rather than the need to explore data. Toucan ensures clarity and simplicity by choosing what needs to be there, and removing whatever can be either found somewhere else, or may not be aligned with their vision. This strong choice has lead to a powerful product that strongly differentiates itself from other analytics vendors, which has made our job as data analysts much easier in finding the right solution, implementing it fast, and getting strong adoption and business results with incredible ease.

Although Toucan is strongly positioned, developing some of the back end features a little more would enable a more streamlined process.

I was definitely amazed by the speed with which you can get ahold of Toucan as someone who works extensively with BI tools.
Because of the number of already set features, there's little for you that you need to learn. A lot of what would require tremendous brain power related to the look and feel of the app has already been dealt with in order to not only help you build and deploy faster, but to also ensure a certain standard of quality for your end users.
I would definitely recommend considering Toucan as an addition to your existing analytics portfolio.
