Takes huge weight off of data analysts' shoulders.
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan's strength lies in its ability to create really clear, really beautiful, really interactive dashboards in no time thanks to its "pre-built-in" approach on product. This takes a lot off of our shoulders in terms of having to think of design and deployment to serve our users well. This means more time invested on making sure the data is clean and usable, and less time wasted on details that may not have such a huge impact!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to do a little bit more customisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better server business users with analytics they understand and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan differentiates itself from its built-in capabilities focused on user experience. From design to collaboration, Toucan builds in everything you need to create an attractive user experience that is easy to adopt, work on, and collaborate on, no matter the data literacy skills of your audience. Toucan positions itself as a Data Communication tool, and is the best at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We chose Toucan rather than other tools because of its focus on business users who do not have the time, skill or desire to explore data. However, as the data team, having a built-in tool to prepare data faster would be a great upgrade!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deliver actionable insights to business users.
Incredible Customer Service & Data Storytelling Product
What do you like best about the product?
You know you've made the RIGHT CHOICE when the customer team of your new tool answers your email at lightning speed. And that's exactly how it is with Toucan. Their data storytelling product is the wix.com of analytics, with design that is embedded in the platform. As a small team, this is literally taking the need of a UX expert out of your need, and is a huge time saver, while it also provides a great UX for our users. A definite consideration to any small team working in SaaS trying to impress clients and prospects with valuable insights they can make a business of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Toucan updates their product on a weekly basis and keep you informed of their advancements. I think the company is doing a great job in keeping the balance between listening to their customers and deciding what features belong in another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Add a new reporting service to our platform in order to maintain customers and gain new ones.
Reliable, sexy, powerful Data Storytelling Product used by government.
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, sexy, powerful Data Storytelling product that helps us save time to create easy to adopt dashboards for members of the government. Having built-in features is a huge time saver, from the guided framework to the built-in collaboration tools (pdf report sent to emails, comments..).
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Toucan is a powerful data communication tool, having a more powerful back end to streamline the data processing parts would be a strong added value. However, staying in the loop of product updates (a great value for us as a customer) tells us that the product is going in the right direction.

Deploying a great dashboard to numerous business users fast, without spending time on design.
Toucan's Customer Service makes it the perfect partner for Small Businesses looking to get ahead.
What do you like best about the product?
Data Storytelling + Embedded = match made in Heaven for small businesses looking to differentiate their offerings for their B2B customers. Incredible User Experience that removes the worry that the product might be too complex to understand by your customers. Significantly better than all analytics solutions we've tested from a product, output, and service standpoint. Toucan's Customer Service makes it the perfect partner for small businesses looking to get ahead. Weekly updates also give you a regular view on how fast the product is evolving.

We would've liked to have a bit more flexibility on the design parts of Toucan, but that's just small details.

Leverage our data to turn it into insights for our customers. Toucan's been the perfect analytics partner in helping us understand how to communicate our insights clearly and efficiently for our customers.
An analytics company to watch!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can get ahold of the tool. the user experience is remarkable, with an incredible finish. Moving from static PDFs to Toucan has been a major update to the services with provide our customers, and has been a key differentiator for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would've liked to see more personalisation options, to make our brand more apparent.

Turn a static and long PDF report into a sexy, interactive, modern report for our customer.
Impressive Speed and Report Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible quality given the speed at which you're able to deploy the app. The UX is my top favorite thing in Toucan, for both builder (Toucan Studio) and business consumers. A great upgrade from Excel!
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the recent set up, and the fact that we had no analytical tool prior to Toucan, hard to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Move away from the manual labor of creating reports from Excel and PPTs.
Data Storytelling product that reaches wide audiences fast
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is simple, clear and intuitive. It has allowed us to reach a wide audience within the company, notably senior employees who may not be as tech-savvy as the younger workforce. Toucan is also a centralising tool for operational teams who need a quick access and understanding of insight, in order to act fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would've loved to see more capabilities in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing the adoption rate of analytics amongst the workforce, in order to help better support our business users.
Time saving data storytelling tool for busy data scientists
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience on Toucan is one of a kind. Modern and fresh approach to analytic products, with a strong focus on deliverable quality and end user adoption. As a data scientist, Toucan's helped me build great reports with incredible ease. This has allowed us to deliver great deliverables faster and focus more on data performance and governance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last product updates were made for app builders, with the new data prep tool called the visual query builder, and updates made to the studio. I'd love to see some updates made for the front end, such as new graphics, an updated legend, etc. as this is what makes Toucan unique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time trying to build great reports for demanding end users. The BI tools I use don't enable such a fast production workflow. Toucan helped us save a big deal of time.
Effective customer service.!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to use, anyone who is unfamiliar with the activities in this area could learn to use it in a few hours. The interface is very attractive and everything is fully organized. Performing the analyzes and dashboards is extremely fast. It can be implemented on any type of device. Information from multiple sources and data providers can be incorporated. The customer service they give us has been frankly very good, they are very friendly and you can see the desire to help solve any type of problem so that the user can have an excellent performance of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Toucan Toco for quite some time and since we started using it to this day, we have not had any kind of negative experience about it, we only have positive things to say. It is one of the best on the market from our point of view, based on the results obtained and the performance it provides us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan Toco allows analysis and sales and marketing studies to be carried out more precisely due to the versatility and simplicity with which they can be carried out. The reports and display panels are extremely easy to do and provide very valuable information for us. The KPI indicators are our salvation, all our management has improved thanks to them, our income and productivity have increased. The entire team is deeply grateful for the acquisition of this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our company has been using this service for several years and from the first month of use we are happy with its work and development, over time we get used to it being one of our main tools and it has sincerely become a fundamental piece for us . We consider it to be one of the most effective and recommended software in the entire market, getting negative opinions about Toucan Toco is very difficult. We love it and that is why we recommend it.
