Toucan Toco User Review
What do you like best about the product?
My team absolutely loves this product and it has been saving us so much time, effort, and money. This product is great for dealing with data and it is perfect in a team setting while dealing with a lot of people. Even if the datasets are large and complex, Toucan Toco makes it easy to understand and visualize to others. I love how there is Power BI and it definitely makes our team more productive. Our stakeholders are glad there is so much visibility. Plus, the UI is incredible and it is astoundingly easy to navigate and learn even if you are a beginner. I strongly recommend using this product for anyone who needs management, data, or accessibility help!
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be a few bugs here and there but that is normal in any software. I truly can not think of anything poor to say about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open communication and transparency are some values our company holds. Using this product makes our customers happy too and we have not been getting any bad feedback. It is really easy to deploy too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! You will not regret this decision. It is not too technical and everyone seems to love the user experience.

Fantastic platform with a forward thinking vision for your product
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan's clear approach towards data communication and storytelling, the tool knows what it was made for.
I LOVE the approach on "built-in" design, which removed the whole idea of having to have a team of trained, expert people.
By embedding Toucan in our software, we saw an increase in user satisfaction levels, which makes the ROI consequent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see Toucan's approach on a purely explorative feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of in-product data that we planned on making available to customers, and charge for some of it.
For this we needed analytics that would project the same image of a smooth UX, intuitive interface that our product has.
Toucan perfectly fit this need with their built-in storytelling framework.

We needed to add an analytics component to our FS product to better serve our customers. We initially planned to do this internally, but Toucan offered a more compelling proposal.
Their product stands out in the simplicity of the chart, and ease of use on both a usage and technical level.

Boost the value of our product, better serve our customers with easy to use, native-looking analytics, for them to make a better decision.

Perfect storytelling tool for Sales team

we said goodbye to dashboards and said hello to storytelling.
The customer context is clear, the built in calls to action are clear, our sales performance is clear.

not a lot to complain about compared to what we used to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
make better decisions by understanding our customer and our sales performance. To do this you need a clear context and description of what's happening in order to make the smart decision without depending on the inputs of your manager or data expert, since everything is on your phone and works.
Storytelling at scale. No false hope.

If you're an analyst still trying to increase adoption with any BI tool out there, you're in for a long journey.
Toucan have taken the complexity out of the product by keeping only what is necessary and that has an actual impact in delivering simple story-like messages. If your goal is to deploy quickly, have no technical headaches, don't have the desire nor the time to invest in training, Toucan is for you.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some best practices that Toucan puts in for the sake of performance. Be ready to compromise for the sake of great performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the company make better decisions, without worrying about training, expertise, maintenance, costs... We did consider building the systems Ad Hoc, but working with Toucan does make everything more interesting.
Made for untrained business users. Great solution for investor reports

it's just so simple. Dynamic charts, great colours, fluid user experience.

Some bugs here and there as can be seen in all software, but these were quickly addressed and fixed.

Need to deliver quick and clear insights to an audience of business executives.

The storytelling capabilities, the integrated user experience make the deployment time very short and the adoption rates very high.
What do you dislike about the product?
although Toucan market themselves as a no-code platform, the back end training for connection and implementation should be enhanced. They are dealing with this matter though.

Toucan's great! Technically easy to work with, and business-wise they're flexible, reactive, and caring.

Easy, painless integration. Clear positioning as communication software. To me it it was clear to see what how it fit with my business.

Smooth experience, from integration to set up, I would like to know more about the next features and releases.

It removed the our coding requirement, which is what we needed with previous vendor. User management management for my team is also better.
