What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual data with graphs to be able to see where your business stands in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As always, there's the initial costs and getting your business information put into the software that can take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to give visual evidence of my work to my customers is super helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to visually show your customers what you're working on for them behind the scenes.

Excellent to manage 700 employees
What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives me the visibility I need to manage 700 employees under my responsibility.
Very easy to use, great on my mobile, helps me perform better at my job.

What do you dislike about the product?
Toucan's the first platform I ever used for analytics and I think we chose really well. Others platform didn't fit the mold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility onto employees and company performance
Exceptional product! State of the art Tech & Security.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible to work with, and most importantly: SAFE.
The level of security offered to manage user access, infra security is state of the art.
Control of permissions for hundreds of users feels like a breeze. The support for multiple languages is also super easy to use and doesn't require a team of 50.

modern platform using modern tech and every day app kind of easy... not much to dislike.

Well positioned platform focuses on communication of KPIs. If you need to deploy quickly and safely, look no further.

A must have for any organisation serious about wanting to be data driven.
extreme clarity and easy to adopt.
What do you like best about the product?
The current situation generated a lot of data. We needed to make available for the team quickly and didn't have the time to get people trained. Toucan seemed to be the most suited solution and it delivered! (no training, very quick to set up, people loved it...)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike, the tool fit perfectly our need for urgency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn data into simple messages. Get away from complex dashboards that required someone to have experience and to be on their computer.

What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to communicate information to a wide network and peers. Completely different positioning to data exploration tools which serve nothing of the purpose of Toucan. The tool we had was very difficult to get a hold of or onboard people it because of its complexity. We use Toucan to animate a network, meaning starting a conversation or debate around the insights. It's sexy, easy on the eye. They really took analytics to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, but perhaps new features that should be added, like the ability to extract a single story.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the BI tool we had was way too complicated, nobody was using it. This made conversations and decisions very difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan Toco is very simple to handle. It takes a few days to integrate it in your application and it provides professional chart rendering from day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about the tool. Once you understand the positioning of the platform and what its purpose is, you'll immediately see the strong advantages Toucan offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crystal clear data visualization was a requirement for us when we started designing our platform and Toucan Toco solves this efficiently.

Toucan is a datavizualisation solution adapted for people who do not want take time with looking for their information or data. Technicaly speaking, it an easily understanding and deploying tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Toucan is growing a lot, and you could still find some bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping using excel for weekly reports, and use a friendly using app to manage teams.

Nothing ! The only problem is that after Toucan.... the audience don't value other powerpoint presentations anymore :)
