Toucan Great & Simple Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan's incredible ease of use helped us deploy in record time. We've successfully aligned 500+ C-levels in a matter of months! As Administrator it is also quite simple to understand the tool and to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike I think as end user. As administrator maybe a few nice to have features in data treatment. There is no option to add a data semantic layer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero-training Data Storytelling apps deployed in record time across different countries. We have about 10 business intelligence apps that we use internally for COMEX and C-level. It allows them to have, in a centralized platform, access to different KPIs from different departments to help them in their decision making. Before we had no such tool and had trouble aligning international teams.

It sometimes feel like the performance in pre-pro could be enhanced

Toucan allows us to share data at scale, without having to build a complex system to manage all the technical challenges that implies

Scheduled reports email feature might need some improvemnts to support multiple pdf reports per app

Incredible support for our Analytics project Whenever I need help, the Toucan team is here, with precise and fast answers.

The self-service options are limited today, it would be great if that was improved!

Toucan has boosted our ability to communicate complex data effectively.

Toucan doesn't work as an ETL, we still need an optimized data infrastructure for our need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had difficulties to share complex data efficiently with our customers, which led to low-adoption rate. Toucan great design and guideline helps us step up our game and we now have dashboard our clients love and uses daily.

Nous avions besoin d'un outil facile à utiliser pour proposer rapidement des tableaux de bord de haute qualité à nos clients en production. Toucan nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps !

La facilité d'utilisation et la navigation dans l'app ainsi que le support multi-platformes (iphone, ipad).

Pas de filtre à choix multiple sur la page d'accueil. Pas possible d'exporter plusieurs PDF de facon automatiser avec la fonction "rapport"
