La facilité de prise en main, le rendu user-friendly et le fait que çà soit un outil 100% français ce qui nous permet en l'intégrant dans notre offre Cleyrop de proposer un outil BI complètement souverain.

Pas grand chose, mais un axe d'amélioration possible serait la cartographie.

Le data hub Cleyrop avait besoin d'intégrer un outil de data visualisation qui soit complètement souverain, facile à prendre en main, accessible à tous types de métiers et profils.

Great intuitiveness to efficiently share insights to non-technical users.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the tool's ease of use and its intuitiveness when it comes to sharing critical data with my clients. Storytelling is vital and Toucan makes it native.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate the same high level of efficiency when creating my dashboards. The experience for app builders is great but not as seamless as for the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan allows me to communicate our data analysis directly to our customers without having to build an in-house data visualisation tool and to do it super efficiently.

It's a web platform for all people. You don't have to need technical expert for created vizualisation

Sometime performance during construction it's not optimal. Sometime i lost my work with no reason

I'm working on this solution since four years now. So Toucan don't solve my own problem, but solve lots problems of my clients

Creating BI reporting for business
I am happy with my choice of Toucan Toco for a low-code no-code reporting environment.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very flexible, comprehensive, and straightforward. It has powerful back-end capabilty. I often use direct SQL queries, but the platform has good data scrubbing and processing capabilities as well.
They have deployed a new Version 3 platform, and I am awaiting access to that. The company has made a lot of good changes that will reduced deployment time. Also, they have improved the pdf reporting which heretofore was weak. While performance is good most of the time, they are promising improved performance with this latest version.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want the ability to have additional descriptive labels to forms. They have applied updates to the platform which has resulted in my site being unavailable to my customers. Customer support can take 2-3 days to get a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping ready-mix producers identify inefficiencies and waste in their production facilities. Using the platform, I've been able to segregate and separate all aspects of the production process, allowing for specific actions to be taken and then verified.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For me, the platform had the right combination of built-in capabilities with the ability to be very granular. The built-in menu framework allows for deeper insight into the story about the data in an easy-to-follow manner. When I initially started using the product, the queries (or 'connectors' ) were too generic and caused speed issues. I learned over time to design more connectors that were crafted to the analysis at hand and had a much better response. The people are accommodating and pleasant. They promise the ability to walk you through creating your first app, and they do deliver!

- Customer success & onboarding team was very helpful in getting us to launch before our deadline
- The development team also made back end changes to support our needs
- We picked Toucan because our current platform was retiring and Toucan was the most innovative and new platform for us to use
- We were able to easily integrate it with our existing systems

What do you dislike about the product?
- We had extensive requirements so we initially ran into some roadblocks in terms of functionality, but the team was extremely responsive in updating the back end to fit our needs. We have no complaints otherwise!

- We needed to replace a dashboarding tool that we used to track our KPIs
- Toucan is better by far than our previous platform. We can better analyze our KPIs and reach the right people

Custom analytics views for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan makes it easy for everyone, even a non-data scientist like myself, to create custom charts and graphs from large data sets. These charts and dashboards allow our team more profound insight into the data we are generating without large-scale engineering efforts. The variety of supported charts is beneficial as well, since different methods of visualization often help us in analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Toucan does make it much easier to work with and chart the large quantities of data we need to manipulate, getting the data into Toucan still requires engineering work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to visualize the analytics from our software to learn from the data that was being generated and be more responsive to our users' needs. This has allowed our team to make better judgments about what is successful and what is not working well.
