What do you like best about the product?
We can trust to Auth0 to protect our most valuable asset, which is customer information. it allows us to make focus on bring great experiences our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a MFA for an ecosystem in where you have more than one app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two important issues:
*Capacity to process 7 MM access per week with an optimal time response
* Cybersecurity measure protection

What do you like best about the product?
The online portal is lean and fast. The API documentation is comprehensive. Their customer service has been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not sure whether your feature requests have been heard since that type of feedback has no ticket status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to offload the heavy lifting that is required to handle account registration, customer authentication and login, and password reset.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read the online resources thoroughly -- lots of helpful nuggets in there.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Complete Feature Set
2. One of the most simplistic, developer friendly and extensive documentation
3. Simplistic Design
4. Flexible Rule Engine to customise Auth0 according to our business requirements
5. Logs each activity
6. Automatically blocks logins for user if brute force attempted
What do you dislike about the product?
1. A few features are too costly
2. Certain hard limits pull you back and make you redesign your approach
3. Lack of automating tenant creation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Standardised API Access Management across entire organisation
2. Leverege OAuth 2.0 for different use cases
3. Authentication and authorisation at scale
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having tried almost all popular identity management solutions, Auth0 was the most intuitive and the most easiest to get started with. It has the most extensive and developer friendly documentation. Its simplistic interface makes it even better.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that Auth0 is developer friendly. The dev tools and docs are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Auth0 to have better support for multiple organizations on a single identity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auth0 saves us with the problem of handling user credentials. With Auth0 we can be sure that our users information are kept safe.

What do you like best about the product?
Option to have multi-tenant SSO for different clients in a multi-tenant environment and customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still missing industry standard feature like password expiration and token revoke APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO integration, credential management for a single-page web application and REST APIS.

Easy to setup auth for my apps

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to get started with adding auth to my apps that can use third parties to authenticate (i.e. Twitter, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Little difficult to understand how to use roles/permissions for applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main use case for me has been quickly adding third party auth to my apps without having to roll my own solution and/or needing a user/role/etc. db.
