What do you like best about the product?
It can do all iam tricks and it is versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are limited like no multiple certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auth0 is used to autheticate and auhorizate internal and external users to substance systems.
An amazing solution to create authentication and amazing platform for user management.
What do you like best about the product?
The Action (aka Hooks) are one of the most helpful tools that Auth0 has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing a test user for passwordless authentication so with Apple Connect Reviews you most likely be rejected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I created my own database using PostgreSQL and Auth0 have a greater "Custom Database" option that really shrinks your work progress.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building an Authentication and Authorization System in my company. Auth0 is solving token management with my system.
Offload the hard parts of authentication and authorization to the experts.
What do you like best about the product?
Full-featured and highly customizable. Auth0 provides confidence that you are secure and adhering to the industry standards and best practices. It's a complete, robust solution with the flexibility to make it what you need. It continues to add features and stay current. They also have great docs and a team that will help answer questions and provide some architecture feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your usage and essential features, it can be somewhat expensive. I do feel that this high level of cost is justified for what you get, but it's not the cheapest solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standard IAM needs. I mentioned already that helping to ensure that you're using industry standards and best practices in a very complex space is very valuable. This allows you to focus on what you need to create value for your customers without spending valuable development resources managing this area.

Actually don't have something for dislike.

Allow users from all business directories to be integrated with platform with SSO option to enable. Manage users, privileges and more .

It's not so easy to implement as it looks like.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like how Auth0 works seamlessly with our systems via JWT tokens as well as with traditional web servers like Ruby on Rails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the documentation is a bit outdated, or some features get left behind in new versions of libraries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we solve is allowing people to have a single login for multiple applications. This works particularly well with JWT tokens and a proxy server such as Caddy Server.
Bait and switch + bullying - They lost long term business.
What do you like best about the product?
N/A - There was very little to like by both sales and operations teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quote for renewal was produced 20 days before the renewal deadline. New pricing models doubled the price for a reduction in service consumption. Was bullied on meeting 20-day window to accept the offer or leave service.... There will be no further business personally with this company nor their parent Okta. I am speaking as an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that their competitors can't resolve.

Have an alternative solution ready to run in parallel when you are strong-armed into massive renewal increases.

The product has great support across a multitude of applications and services and provides a centralized plug and play authentication authorization platform

Nothing to dislike it provides all the services needed

Currently using the Auth0 solution to help with increased security and reduced setup time for the many different applications and customers access across the product lines

Auth0 is very easy to use and configure, allowing developers to focus on business requirements. The platform has quick start examples in a good variety of languages and tools and its customer support is very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some docs are outdated and potentially could be misleading. Also, it would be nice to have full enterprise scenarios in the examples.

Auth0 provides centralized authentication and authorization middleware, making it easy for all applications to behave in a unique way, allowing scalability and easy maintenance.
