Enterprise management features are a bit limited. So as your needs grow to many application integrations, there is some automation work you have to sort out for yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auth0 brings us SAMLv2 and OIDC protocol support which we could seamlessly integrate with our legacy, custom backend identity system. As such, we can offer backwards compatibility to our existing integrations, while gradually onboarding new partner websites through the standardized protocols.

We had to use multiple accounts to get satisfactory separation between dev and production environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I use Auth0 to facilitate a unified login across all our internal tools and external software. Unlike its biggest competitor, Okta, I particularly like that Auth0 provides a seamless integration to nearly every stack possible, while Okta limits you to a much more narrow stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is a bit confusing and can take a little bit to understand. The dashboard is also a bit clumsy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff had different login credentials across 8+ different platforms. On top of the pre-existing learning curve of using the software, the need to log in individually to each service made it even more difficult to onboard new team members.
