Great tool for product analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of integration with tools like Mixpanel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a prior understanding of data collection through on-site event tracking necessary for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving us insight to the on-site actions our users are taking which ultimately is influencing our future product decisions and ultimate company goals.

What do you like best about the product?
That has a lot of integration with other tools: OneSignal, UXCam, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc. That help us leverage the development time just to do this one and then mapped between the applications without coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
High learning curve for our development team for the implementation. I'm not sure why, but our development team have had a lot of issue with the tracks, in comparisson with other tools. Maybe a better onboarding with our devs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all the events that occur in our app, so we can understand how our users are interacting with the app. Also, it helps us with the integrations with other platform, so we don't need to implement each platform to our devs.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to connect the different components of the business with Segment. Used across almost all of our different technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, do not really have a bad experience with segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL the different facets of our business and tracking data across different teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this application and by far this proves to be a wonder. The best about this is that it can collect data from so many sources whether it be website or marketing campaigns etc. it also helps clean the messy data and transform it into the usable ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our customer database is quite use so it is quite expensive on that front is what I feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have mentioned, it cleans up the data and make it more usable. The integration with our sources is on another level. Just forget manually adding data into every tool. It's that good for marketing analytics.

very helpfull and easy to analyse data and use also extraordinary tools and api.Most service store data is an aggreegate and schematized format.

pricing are high . most of peaple may be not affortable.

segment solved problem releted to customer data management and utilization. i use also segment for real time data for correct decision make for grow business.

What do you like best about the product?
Mkaes installing and playing with different anlatyics tools a snap
What do you dislike about the product?
it can get expensive. The startup discounts can mitigate that but once you're in you're really locked in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just have to do one integration and then all of the anlatyics tools are integrated. Easier and better than google tag manager.

Segment has the most robust integration library and is infinitely customizable. This is a great source of truth.

It definitely requires dedicated expertise to run and manage.

Segment is our source of truth when it comes to customer data. We leverage Segment to connect data from our various platforms and sync is seamlessly from one place. It helps make it so much easier to get systems to talk to each other, whether that's in financial systems, data analysis or marketing automation.
