Keeps me on track!
What do you like best about the product?
The reminders that time is missing. It allowed me not to miss inputting my time each day. I enjoyed knowing that using this system was user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a comment to add at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me not to forget to be accountable for my time. This tracker helped me manage my time better. The benefits are you can learn how to use this system and add it as a bookmark on your computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, use it. It is beneficial and valuable. The staff will like using it, and it's easy to maneuver.

Good Tool To Track Work Hours
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool are 1) it is available on Mobile. 2) Mobile App UI is pretty simple and easy to understand. 3) You can easily edit, save and submit yor timesheets
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not get closed when we try to press back button of Mobile. Secondly, whenever you try to fill the timesheet for the other day you have to select the date rather it should show automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track my time which I gave to client and get paid for it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use it to track your daily hours. Its quite simple and easy

user-friendly design, good reporting, ability to export in PDF

nothing in 'dislike' in eBillity, but didn't like asking here to add min. 30 char :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it only for timesheet filling, not sure if it have any more features.
Long time user
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the option for manually filling out timesheets or tracking time by clocking in and out. I also appreciate the ease of use for timesheet editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better mobile app and online integration. I would be using the app if manual entries are easier to transfer over to the desktop version for when I have to submit my timesheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily bill for the different projects within the organization that I am contracted for. It is also very straightforward for onboarding new clients and staff to use.

I like the new version - it is cleaner and there are more apps that can be integrated!
Time tracking made easy
What do you like best about the product?
This time tracker is easy to use and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it. It is all around a great option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Tracker by eBillity allows me to cut my billing administration by half.
Time Tracker has been so easy for our designers to log their time and insuring accurate invoicing
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. Easy to navigate through the different screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a ten minute delay in relaying the info from time tracker to quickbooks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not too many problems. Benefits are that I'm able to pull reports on employee efficiency and thus can make informed decisions. Another benefit is accurate billing to our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A little expensive, but very helpful. It helps calculate employee efficiency, and various reports can be beneficial. Easy to navigate through. Our employees find it easy to work with, and it seldom has issues. The administrator side is also easy to understand and user-friendly. The communication it has with QuickBooks is integral to our company's accounting. The comment section is super helpful. When we have called in for help, someone is always available and has the answers.
Time Tracker Use
What do you like best about the product?
It does enable us to track project time while on the go or in the office. It is relatively easy to use and obtain the data from.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times of lag when trying to upload data or access the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everyone's time sheet in one place and being able to download into Quickbooks.
Five Years and Counting
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I choose to make appointments in Outlook, then adjust the time when it becomes firm. Then a few clicks in Outlook sends it to eBillity for review. Approve the billings and sync to QuickBooks. Time Tracker saves me hours over my previous method. And if you're interested, there are ample ways in which to analyze the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only had a couple of issues, which were resolved quickly by the tech or programmers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was manually copying and pasting each Outlook appointment into QuickBooks. It took hours of my receptionist's time. Now I do it myself, sending it to Time Tracker.

Field input is essential to track time properly. Time Tracker makes it as simple as possible.
Great and User Friendly website
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and time-saving for employees as well as the Payroll Management team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great. There is nothing I don't like.

I used to enter new users and now entering my own hours. The main benefit is it automatically picks up the time whenever I log in.
