It is slow, buggy and horrible UI

I like the program but has Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Generating Reports is helpful for project tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the program, but it has issues with entering comments (what we have done that day which follows our proposals) and then the comments disappear and have to re-enter. This can happen up to two to three times. I have started a spreadsheet to track my comments, and then copy them in. Not good. dont like having to change from classic to New when starting a new sheet.

Saves time and helps with billing

Streamlined approach to time tracking for mid-size Construction/Engineering Firm
What do you like best about the product?
Succinct Time System. Like the ease of use for all members in mid-size Construction/Engineering Firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
No noted dislikes with the timing system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Time Tracker by eBillity, our company can sync with Quickbooks Software for accurate billing for jobs/sites.
Great time tracker with tons of features
What do you like best about the product?
All the many configuration and reporting options!
What do you dislike about the product?
Design could be a little cleaner. I would love to see a more modern layout that works on all browser sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a fairly simple time reporter, and we were able to configure eBillity exactly for what we needed.
Time Tracker Review
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Time Tracker for almost 6 years while working at my current job. It's very easy to use with just using simple pulldown menus to select the project(s) I am assigning my time to for the day. It's also easy to go back and review previously submitted time sheets and copy and paste previous ones if your current week is the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about it aside from I think it would be if my company used job numbers instead of just finding the project by it's address in the Time Tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily logging in my time worked on different projects each week so, my company knows my time spent on projects. In turn, they get a better idea of how much to charge clients for various jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely, give it a try. It's easy to use for keeping up with your time sheets.
Pretty Solid Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to enter in time along with descriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it was even more customizable. For example, my company imports all time data into another program to actually run payroll. Descriptions cannot be longer than 100 characters in this other program, but there is no way to change that parameter on Time Tracker itself. Also it would be nice if it somehow once a user picks a customer they only have a limited amount of service items. It would help eliminate mistakes. Also the phone app needs to be updated to be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all employees to enter time and what they were doing during that time. In general, for that it works well. Benefits are that we can accomplish this. Also individual users can be assigned as admin so they can review and edit time sheets other than their own which is helpful.

Do a trail. Check all your options first to see what works best for you.
Easy time tracking with almost seamless QuickBooks integration
What do you like best about the product?
As a company that bills time by the job, eBillity makes it easy for us to track exactly how much time our employees spend on each job. As the individual in charge of processing payroll and handling HR, I appreciate that I can tailor the options for jobs, payroll items, etc. for each individual employee. Since all of our billing is handled in QuickBooks, the integration that eBillity offers with QuickBooks is extremely important to us. The process is straightforward and easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, we have had employees enter their time but the system has not saved it (even when autosave is on). We have also encountered some minor issues with the mobile app duplicating data. When we updated our QuickBooks software a year or so ago, we did encounter some issues setting the integration back up; however, customer support was very helpful in getting this resolved in a timely manner. Overall, the issues we have had are minimal considering the benefits of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using eBillity allows our employees to easily and effectively track their time by job with minimal training on our end. The existence of the mobile app makes it easy for our employees working in the field to enter their time on the go. Using eBillity has made both our time tracking and time billing process easier for both employees and HR. By using eBillity, we have eliminated paper timesheets and have increased productivity for both our employees and HR team. Being able to make changes to billing rates, jobs, etc. in QuickBooks and easily sync with eBillity makes the billing process much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having any difficulties with the setup, integration with QuickBooks, etc., do not hesitate to reach out to eBillity's support team. I have reached out to them on more than one occasion and have always been very impressed with the response time and the level of customer support I have received.
Reasonably Solid, But Limited Features & Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, clean interface for tracking time keeps things simple. Adding time, notes, and billing line items is easy enough. Record storage and ability to duplicate pre-existing records is definitely helpful for streamlining general activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited integrations with external sources where time is already tracked. No ability to upload time entries as a CSV is frustrating, as it would allow for easier integrations with project management platforms that can export data to Google Sheets / Excel.

Tracking time for client purposes, billing calculations, basic project management.
Easy To Use & Manage Hous
What do you like best about the product?
Search feature to quickly find the applicable billing entity.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to drag down to add new rows. Could replicate Excel where they add as you scroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a close record of billable hours. Easy to reference and ensure proper recording for accounting purposes.

The layout is clean and easy to use, it is very user friendly.

There was a recent update and now you cannot adjust the width of the columns. You can only adjust the first column
