Utilizamos la herramienta para tener comunicación interna de equipos y entre los mismos. Lo que más valoramos es la posibilidad de integrar Rocket.chat con otras herramientas y estamos sacando mucho provecho a la misma.

Nada por el momento. Seguimos ampliando su uso.

Rocket.Chat has a range of features and settings, which can result in a steep learning curve for new users. It may take time for team members to become familiar with the platform and make the most of its functionalities.

Centralized Communication,Team Collaboration,Remote Work and Distributed Team and Integration of Third-Party Tools, but misses JIRA integration

It's codebase is easily available and easy to customise

It doesn't support much of integrations on many services out of the box as compared to slack

Providing us with a very easy to use communicative tool. And it is helping us to deal with remote work

Using it is very simple and easy. With intuitive screens and excellent features for any corporate environment.

Ferramenta muito boa e pratica de usar

Chat muito intuitivo, com facilidade de acessar as conversas, criar usuarios, é um aplicativo rapido, que quase nunca apresenta problemas, suporte do rocket chat tambem é muito bom e rapido

citação de mensagens é um pouco confuso, porem nada qeu atralhe muito, o aplicativo no celular tambem existe um delay de mensagens ao acessar o aplicativo, as mensagens demora para chegar

O rocket esta ajudando em varios pontos do negocio, como a facilidade de incluir visitantes no chat e unificar a comunicação com clientes parceiros da empresa
Rocketchat is taking away key features in version 6
What do you like best about the product?
We have been a long-time fans of rocket chat. We have installed many community servers for small businesses. Self-hosted chat helps keep important things private.
What do you dislike about the product?
Version 6 changed key features in Rocketchat. They took away read receipts. Sending a message to someone and not knowing if they received/read it is not communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of email, better collaboration and integration with other opensource products. However, since March 2023 key features were removed in the community edition.

Talvez os menus de administraçao e Ominchanel deveriam ser bem separados para não confundir

Atendimento organizado por ordem de chegada e distribuição do atendimento. o Cliente deixou de ficar minutos ao telefone aguardando ser atendido
Awesome multi channel chat tool
What do you like best about the product?
I just like the flexibility of the dashboard and also the multiuser interface .
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. it is working just great. you just might want to try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To chat internally as well as with customers very fast over many channels. Love it. We are definitely more productive ever since using rocket chat.
