What do you like best about the product?
Managed Threat Response (MTR) takes threat hunting to the next level. A combination of automated, lead-driven and lead-less threat hunting ensures no threat passes below the radar, and all threats are neutralized before they pose a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos threat response is unique, so the IT team need to relax
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing loopholes. This was a key security objective. The attack surface is getting bigger by the day, and our security framework has to keep up we required a world-class endpoint security product to help in threat investigation, hunting and remediation and we chose the best -Sophos MTR.

SOPHOS is an awesome product and we 100% trust SOPHOS.
What do you like best about the product?
Closing loopholes. This was a key security objective. The attack surface is getting bigger by the day, and our security framework has to keep up and we required a world-class endpoint security product to help in threat investigation, hunting and remediation and we chose the best -Sophos MTR

Nothing much, I like all it's features and the capabilities.

It maintains our entire security portfolio , threat monitoring , 24 X 7 threat hunting etc ...

What do you like best about the product?
It's a Simple UI & Easy to use for any level of User in the IT industry.
We using Sophos in one of our data centers as an Endpoint solution also
In term of support , direct call support is also one of the best feature.

As a suggestion - it should have more granular level policies and controls.
There is not much info about the data connector on how and where sophos can be integrated in other environment like azure / GCP / AWS VM. & pricing for same.

It is completely managed and transparent for end users.
Its auto-containment and neutralizing the threat are the key benefit factor.

Deployment and implementation of Sophos Managed Threat Response is simple, with little to no ramp up.

We have not identified any weak spots in the solution.

24/7 monitoring of all computer endpoint and servers for security events, along with threat hunting. This allows the internal team to focus elsewhere.

They have identified loopholes and helped us to close them. They constantly monitor for potential vulnerabilities which gives us peace of mind
Best MTR Solution in Market
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and solution provided by the MTR Team. Its inbuild Endpoint Security Solution has helped our organisation to protect systems from day to day threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. We have only faced difficulty at the time of installation as we need to migrate from one solution to another. Apart from that it is still going good as per our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier end point agent was really slowing down our machines and with the help of Sophos MTR we have achieved the target of getting protected and users are not facing any slow down system.

Please do use the MTR team to help with your day to day threat reports.
