Sophos for Your Complete Protection
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that Sophos has an All-In-One Protection System.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike as of yet, which is a great thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better control of Protection Software for the entire network.

Keeps us Safe when Working Remote
What do you like best about the product?
I like it works in the background and doesnt interupt my work
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it has issues connecting, but this could be something on my end that is not set up correct at my home office

It solves the problem of connecting to the HQ server while working remote

Enhanced telemetry from Sophos Central, which provides a detailed, full picture of adversary activities as part of the service, the scope and severity of threats can be determined for rapid response. Provides valuable insights into managed and unmanaged assets, vulnerabilities for better informed impact assessments and threat hunts. Prescriptive and actionable guidance for addressing configuration and architecture weaknesses enables organizations to proactively improve their security posture with hardened defenses. A highly trained team of world-class experts generates and applies threat intelligence to confirm threats, and takes action to remotely disrupt, contain and neutralize threats with speed and precision.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is major issues when you need remove it from a machine and it is not listed in Sophos Central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anticipates attacker behavior and identifies new indicators of attack and compromise. Sophos threat hunters proactively hunt for and validate potential threats and incidents, and investigate casual and adjacent events to discover new threats that previously couldn’t be detected Built on Intercept X Advanced with endpoint detection and response (EDR), Sophos MTR fuses machine learning with expert analysis for improved threat hunting and detection, deeper investigation of alerts, and targeted actions to eliminate threats.

Lo que mas me gusta es que a diferencia de otros Antivirus ademas de hacer una inspección exhaustiva para detectar las infecciones de los equipos, cosa que otros antivirus no hacen, este modulo automáticamente toma acciones para eliminar las amenazas, también nos proporciona un informe detallado de la procedencia de la infección y los archivos del sistema que ha modificado, lo que permite a la empresa trabajar mas tranquila, satisfaciendo la necesidad de seguridad, eso es lo que nos brinda este modulo del Software Sophos MTR

Lo que no me gusta es que es un modulo separado del Sophos Intercept X, por lo que mi recomendación seria que lo incluyeran en el mismo modulo Endpoint

En vista de que las empresas se ven amenazas por todo tipo de ataques Ciberneticos pudiéramos decir que diariamente, la nuestra no ha sido la excepción, por lo que para resolver los problemas relacionados con esas amenazas actuales la aplicación del Módulo del software Sophos MTR, nos ha ayudado no solo en detectar e identificar las infecciones que amenazan a los equipos de trabajo , sino, a descubrir las causas así como también las procedencias de las mismas, por lo que nos ha permitido tomar acciones para colocar bloqueos en el firewall

Si lo que buscas o necesitas es que tu empresa se sienta y trabaje segura de las amenazas y ataques Ciberneticos , lo que te recomiendo es la instalación del Modulo del Software Sophos MTR, ya que brinda la solución a los problemas relacionados con esas amenazas actuales porque detecta e identificar las infecciones que amenazan a los equipos de trabajo , descubre las causas así como las procedencias de las mismas, permitiendo que tomemos acciones en colocar bloqueos en el firewall

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it validates the process that is executed and if it finds something wrong in it, it stops it immediately. And we as administrators with a simple email we realize everything that happens in the variety of equipment that we have.
Also that this console management is super practical. Everything is identified with colors, its technical language is easy to understand and offers comfortable solutions.
Every day I use it for the more than 500 computers with what the company owns and I have no need to use various programs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Sophos Central and all its modules for about a year and until today I have not been able to find something that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to take remote actions without having to reach the equipment and disconnect it as previously used.
This increases all working capacity by a huge percentage.
Furthermore, the information you provide allows us to determine the severity of the case and thus provide the time and personnel necessary to respond to the activity; So we don't have to think about who, when and how of the matter.

You can quickly decide which actions and how to apply them thanks to the advanced technology offered by MTR. So they don't need experts. Everything is in a single Sophos Central console.
Surprisingly Adequate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the full hands on training that is given to ensure you can use the full capability if the system they offer. No shortcuts, no ripoffs

I haven’t figured any downsides yet due to limited use but eventually, we’ll see some
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m not using it currently anymore but it was for project implementation. None of knew how to organize a proper plan and get it off the ground. That’s where sophos came in with their manage assistance services. It helped to push me and educate me on what to look for in s specific project, market understanding etc

Es un servicio muy estable y muy actualizado en el mejora la productividad de la empresa
Average software for protection
What do you like best about the product?
Usability is fine. It's also intuitive so you can find main features easily. It's supposed to be updated periodically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Old graphic interface (like an old anti-virus). I am not sure if the protection is complete, considering Internet services / processes. Some compatibility issues when updating in MAC.

Keep safe files on my computer. Protect equipments.

Probably I don't use all the capbilities of the Sophos Services to give a complete evaluation.
Sophos Security is the BEST and a must have for all business types

I like that this software is affordable while keeping our documents safe from viruses and security breaches while providing relief that client credit card information is secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that pricing options were not transparent on the website and quote must be given before the software is purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved all security issues with the addition of Sophos Network and Server Security. We have benefited greatly from this service due to less down time with our servers and also less stress, as we are comfortable trusting Sophos to keep all of our internal information and client information in protected.

If you are looking for a Network or Sever protection look no further. Sophos is a trustworthy and reliable system which will provide the correct protection you, or your business, needs.
