Sophos MDR: Ease of Integration and Proactive Monitoring of Realtime Threats
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration with Sophos or non-Sophos third-party tools, like Firewall, email, Endpoint Security Solutions, etc.
Also, it provided a well-managed real-time monitoring of threats and a comprehensive solution against each threat triggered.

What do you dislike about the product?
Detailing of events in terms of investigating alerts could be deeper and Event types for a report can be made customizable.
Technical support sometimes takes a lot of time only to connect with the engineer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24*7 comprehensive and reliable monitoring of our infrastructure, realtime detection of threats, and taking proactive action on or before any threat.
While in the traditional solutions, there was a lack of third-party integration, Sophos MDR helped us to resolve that issue in one go.

What do you like best about the product?
Shophos MDR ability to detect a wide range of Cyber threats across various endpoints networks and cloud infrastructure.
24/7monitoring Support are likely fgood to rectify the concern by support engineers.Dashboard are very user freiendly to execute task evaluate task.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time users are getting False positve detection.
Cost is higher then other vendor.
Some time integration of third party integration additional configuration required.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ransomware attack that encrypted critical files across their network, leading to significant downtime, data loss, and operational disruption. Traditional security measures, such as antivirus software and firewalls, were unable to detect and prevent the sophisticated attack, leaving the company vulnerable to further cyber threats.

Lack of custom report which we need during the presentation.

Endpoints detection and response, legacy data prevention as well as web control feature.

Bit some enhancement on integration and also disable the weak api call.

A reliable security solution - Sophos MDR
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a detailed explanation of the threats and alerts, the interface is more of user friendly, We never had a major outbreak while using Sophos MDR. I would also like to mention about the technical support team, whenever I reached out to them I have received a very satisfactory response. The tech guys knows are very technical and have a lot of knowledge about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found there were quite a few false positives, also the reporting feature can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any company spends a lot of time and money in controlling the Cyber threats. Sophos MDR plays an important role in Cyber and reduces human efforts with the in detection and depth analysis that it provides. It is highly recommended to go for it.

The product is easy to use and give you wonderful experience while viewing threat and alerts , threat hunting and report creation can be done easily , automated response system is also excellent..
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have dislike for the product .. plus I would say there is nothing which I can write in dislike

It give a brief about threat , vulnerabilities and detect all security related alerts .. user friendly UAI..

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR is easy to deploy throughout the enterprise. The service they offered is much better than the other MDR services in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's little bit costly but provides 24/7 Endpoint Security as much as required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The expertise within Sophos MDR team helps to identify threat and risk proactively in our environment that helped us several times before any unpleasant thing to happen.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR is an all-in-one product that combines technology and service to provide comprehensive protection to its subscribers. The subscriber need not worry about the alerts that are triggered and the corresponding action that needs to be taken since they are all completely managed by Sophos MDR service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, even though Sophos MDR provides complete end-to-end protection, the kind of control a CISO has on the security policies and the corresponding action taken is limited. This contrasts with an on-prem installation and a team sitting directly at the client site where in the owner/customer can have full control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR is providing end-to-end securiity monitoring, detection and remediation. The service includes the tools and technologies (Sophos Firewall, EDR etc.), their implementation, their detection policies, alerting and the mitigation steps. This gives the subscriber peace of mind as they no longer have to worry about maintaining a team of individual that will manager these solutions, define the content that works on these solutions and also action the alerts coming out of these solutions.
Lots of features but support is very tiring

The list of features within the MDR product is vast, the product does exactly as it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support, Support, Support. Outsources support with little more than a flow chart to help them navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an addtionqal layer of defense when our team was not available. MDR allow us to have the vendor look after the alerts etc when we were unavaiable.
Sophos MDR was easy transition from End Point Security to full MDR
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of deployment, 24/7 monitoring and support, live support help available quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management console is a little cumbersome to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR makes sure we have eyes on our end point security logs and issues 24/7. It allows us to free our staff to consentrate on other areas while knowing security is being monitored.
