MDR makes it Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Its a Proactive monitoring. Apart from just protecting the network and devices in the organisation, it also guided on how to prepare for future and take advanced step to fool proof the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product never dissatisfied us. I do not have any negative comments to make on the product. If more like what we were promised the product delivery as to expectation and never let us down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our network and devices are protected 24 * 7 and monitored. This gives the internal staff time to carry on their daily duties and focus on any upgrades at site.

What do you like best about the product?
Complicated technical details are processed in a very understandable way by technically competent employees and communicated to the customer. This means that non-technical employees are also able to react to faults and forward the messages to the appropriate contact person. With the right knowledge, the analyzes of the MDR collected data can be evaluated yourself
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding exceptions to company-specific software is often complicated and requires contacting manufacturer support. Without intensive instruction, the customer cannot perform any advanced administration tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR aims to minimize the company´s security conecpt and the response times to cybersecurity incidents. The 24/7 protection cannot be covered by internal employees, ther is lack of knowledge and the corresponding human resources.

As our environment is monitored 24 by 7 this gives us a piece of mind that whilst we are offline, our environment is still monitored.

Third-party device integration costs additional and is still being developed for more additional vendors.

MDR provides us 24 by 7 monitoring enabling us to ensure whilst our techs are not working the environment is still monitored.

What do you like best about the product?
This service freed up our staff to focus more on business enablement, knowing that the MDR team had us covered 24x7 on security. Sophos central dashboard provides quick information at a glance, and the support team is there whenever we need additional help.

The dashboard also could use some improvements for clarity and speed.

Easy to deploy and manage with complete visibility of Endpoint security posture.

Not as of now as we have migrated platform 06 months back.

>95% of Endpoint Security is being taken care by Sophos MDR with proactive monitoring and mitigation.

language barriers, if you are not at the level of MDR it is very difficult to describe your problems correctly in order to get the right help quickly.

As a small company, we do not have the staff capacity to maintain a SOC in 24/7 operation. Therefore, we solve this problem with the MDR from Sophos.

Sophos MDR helps our organizations strengthen our security defenses, reduce the risk of cyberattacks, and gain peace of mind in a complex threat landscape.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a team dedicated to watching our environment 247/365. The MDR team is professional and easy to work with; they genuinely seem to care that we are getting successful outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may not be specific to MDR, but smartphones' UI (Central) is challenging to use as a tool effectively. Need an app version to make it more useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24/7/365 monitoring for threats and bad actor activities, allowing our internal staff to focus on other projects for business enablement.
We are gaining far more threat intelligence which allows us to have an even better understanding of what is or is not happening within our environment.
