Lot of potential
What do you like best about the product?
best part I like about Nexla is its schema detection capabilities and automatically creating nexsets. Its integrated with python resusable transforms so we can make use of that too. I nut shell I feel it having lot of potential. for now for this kind of tool would like to give 4.6/5

like other technologies this also have some technological limitations. sometimes takes time when very large data is loaded. They can improve and can be at pinnacle

schame detection and pipeline building which make our task easy to just put stack of files in adls and provide the source to nexla it'll detect schema and from then we can build our pipelines

I appreciate how Nexla enables breaking down complex logic into manageable sub-logics and seamlessly combining them. The ability to visualize how each layer of logic contributes to the desired results makes the entire process intuitive and efficient.

We can visualize the flow of data through the pipelines, making it easier to understand and track the process. Adding detailed visual representations for errored data within the pipeline would further enhance clarity and help in identifying and resolving issues more efficiently.

It abstracts data at its source & delivers transformed data at the time of use which leads to rapid data ingestion, advanced analytics and Gen AI applications.
It's easy to use and makes data workflows simple .
Nexla make things easier, it doesn't requires coding and thereby it helped many of our data custodians to do the integrations from various regions, with various data sources they have as it requires no coding knowledge

It’s a lifesaver if you’re tired of manually mapping schemas every single time.A few other things that are actually useful:The UI Overhaul: They finally added a Flow Canvas. If you've ever dealt with a messy spiderweb of pipelines, this makes it way easier to see where data is actually going without clicking through ten different tabs.Splitter Nodes: This is a small but mighty update. Here’s the honest take on what they need to fix:
The Learning Curve is Real: They call it "no-code," but honestly, it’s more like "low-code with a side of homework." The first time you open it, it feels like sitting in the cockpit of a jet. You see all these buttons and features, and it’s easy to feel a bit lost until someone walks you through it.
Debugging is a Headache: When a pipeline breaks, the error messages can be super cryptic. It’s frustrating because you know something is wrong, but you often end up having to ping their support team just to figure out which specific row of data caused the hiccup. I’d love to see much clearer, "human-readable" logs.
