The near real-time Ultra Low Latency is one of the best features, easy to configure with great documentation and the support is second to none.

What do you dislike about the product?
The REST API documentation could have been better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AMS is good at building scalable live streaming solutions and supports WebRTC and HLS protocols.
It also supports video-on-demand with an Adaptive bit rate.
We are using AMS as an out-of-the-box solution rather than building the entire streaming infrastructure.

I'm so excited to share my review of Ant Media Server!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Ant Media Server for some time now and can confidently say it is the best streaming server available. The sales team is highly knowledgeable and helpful, the support team is always available to answer any questions, and the self-hosting platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I have tried many other streaming servers, but none of them compare to the quality and reliability of Ant Media Server - it is worth the time and money.

What do you dislike about the product?
That it was not already integrated with AI at the time when I was writing this review. I am thrilled to hear it's coming and to keep an eye open for plugins in the Ant Media Marketplace!

What do you like best about the product?
It's over three years since I started deploying Ant Media server for tens of clients. Ant Media as a platform offers streaming capabilities you need to optimize performance, scale the streaming infrastructure and deliver high-quality streaming to any size of the audience. I have deployed Ant Media for small and large projects, and my clients are always happy with it when I set it up for them.
Ant Media support team is undoubtedly the best support I've ever found. These guys are always there whenever you write to them if you need them to help you figure out something. Based on the three years of working with Ant Media projects, I have nothing to complain about. I am happy with it. I have deployed Ant Media for various clients, and everyone I've worked with is satisfied with this platform.

Ant Media offers a scalable live streaming engine with Adaptive Bitrate Streaming features and supports protocols like DASH & HLS, SRT, WebRTC, RTMP and more. And Media is robust and powerful and has the potential to meet any streaming needs

Simple to setup and configure with clear documentation to guide you. Customer and technical support reply quickly. some employees going above and beyond expectations to be as helpful as possible.

None so far, any issues we've had with AMS were quickly resolved in collaboration with their support.
In the coming "age of AI" it would be nice to have out-of-the-box integration with major PaaS providers' services from this area (e.g. to be able to configure sending a video stream's frames to AWS Kinesis, which the user can then connect to image processing services).

Most helpfull thing was that it was so easy and straightforward to install and deploy in production (In our case, we deployed on our demand severs). Documentation and support was very good.
And the monthly fixed cost pricing is really nice. Most of other solutions was too complicated and charge per hour.

What do you dislike about the product?
I need to work on to improve the voice quality of live steram and record. I didn't dig deep on antmedia documentation by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Antmedia in our live shopping platform https://ardlive.mn (which is the first Mongolia live shopping platform).
Shoppers can directly purchase the products while viewing live stream in our platform.
WebRTC stream of Antmedia feature is used in our live shopping streams with chatting and shopping functionality.
And we have used also HLS converting and S3 upload features for record viewing to reach more broader audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical support team is very prompt, understanding the requirement carefully and recommending solutions. The streaming engine is very smooth and high quality streaming is achieved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment on aws and understanding the nuances of which instance type to go for etc is a bit complicated. Having a library of video tutorials might be helpful. However, the support team is very competent and proactive to answer all the necessary doubts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ant Media Server is a highly recommended streaming server software provider with outstanding customer service. The team, especially Murat, went above and beyond to solve any issues, optimizing settings and offering troubleshooting assistance until everything worked smoothly. The software is packed with features and highly customizable to suit different business needs. Overall, their dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional, making them a top choice for anyone needing reliable streaming server software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike at this point. You can run the software on many different platforms. One word of caution is that the installer for Amazon Web Services instantly gives you a way larger configuration than you may need. I ended up opting for an install with Linode, as they have a one-click installer that just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sub-1-second broadcasting and quality control are well above other free options. The flexible pricing and the ability to turn on and off the service makes it a great option.
