Versatile streaming tool with great support
What do you like best about the product?
Our customer experience with AntMedia has been very good, we are a telemedicine company and together with antmedia we have developed features that give a very good video care experience to patients and healthcare professionals. We have developed features for clinical care via video in our mobile application and on our web platform. The company's support is very helpful and always helps us in a useful way with our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to pay for the license in the development instance.
The price is high for startup, but with antmedia we can focus on development of more features our main business. That is why we have decided to purchase this product.

Ant Media's Media Server: Easy to Install and Highly Available
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Ant Media's media server for the past 2 years and it has consistently impressed us with its ease of installation and high availability. The documentation provided was clear and concise, making the setup process quick and hassle-free. Since we started using it, the server has been highly available and stable, with no downtime or issues with streaming quality. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with Ant Media's media server and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and easy-to-use media server solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement that we would like to see is the development of WebSocket streaming, which would allow us to easily connect IoT devices such as the ESP32 CAM. This would greatly expand the capabilities of Ant Media's media server and make it even more valuable to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main reasons we chose Ant Media's media server is because it allows us to easily stream live security camera footage and one-to-one video calls without having to develop or maintain the capability ourselves. This has saved us a lot of time and resources, and we are grateful for the convenience that the media server provides.
Good web streaming server for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the graphical interface of the programme. You don't need to have a a prior experience to use this software. If are a new person to this filed you will find it useful
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad about it the software. The software is not having all the features in its free version you must pay for the other features. And the price is some what high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The server make you free from coding down a rmtp server with nginx. The server can be installed by any person who does not have any knowledge about the setup of a server.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the low latency that this server allows us to have. I work on issues where latency is essential and this software is the best for me without a doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything I have used from this software has been of great help to me. I couldn't say something I didn't like right now.

I use it to broadcast live drone images to the control room. And the latency is very very low.
Excelent service to make clusters in minutes!
What do you like best about the product?
I need a service that can easily scale the resources I need without spending too much on licenses. With Ant Media Server, I found a solution to this problem and a lot of professionalism in support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ultimately I would say that there are no negative aspects: the documentation is vast and the assistance very fast. What more could you want?

Saved us lot of time and pain
What do you like best about the product?
Previously, we were running streams through our own media server. It had been a steep learning curve to build that app/API, and it wasn't performing well. Ant's solution was easy to implement and performed well. We are grateful to have found their products. Ant's support has been great. Several of their engineers stayed on a late call with our team one night to debug an issue (the issue turned out to be on our end, not Ant's).
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with the core service. Ant is primarily a server-based technology. Nevertheless, I want a seamless, quick way to create a frontend displaying Ant's streams in our applications. Currently, we use a copied-and-pasted HTML file that is iframed into our app. Thus, I am worried about that page getting out-of-date. Something like a JS library via an NPM module would alleviate this worry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ant enables our team to build an app centered around streaming without having to have or hire advanced streaming expertise. This enabled us to bring our product to market more quickly and keep development costs low.
We like video signal quality
What do you like best about the product?
Video and audio quality. 5 of 5 stars. Tech support is quick and good. API is clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internal third party codec needs to improve in some aspects.

They helped us to find a solution with watermarks in Video signal to have branded our video recording. They resolved other technical issues.
We use Ant Media for all video calls made through our service platform. The result is very good.

I've been using Ant Media for a few years at another company I worked for. And most of the times the answers given to the emails are very superficial and are not resolute or the answers are partial.
One more email is always needed. And, perhaps because of the time difference, each response takes at least 24 hours. In critical cases this is a problem if we consider 48 hours for the solution.

We have a new channel to support our customers using video call. It is very good!
Best Streaming Server
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Ant Media for almost 1 year and it has done wonders. I work daily with it and i've never seen such an easy and complete experience. I've worked with many of their competitors and i haven't seen any other with so many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. My experience has been amazing since i switched to Ant Media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ant Media is providing me a reliable and ad free experience for the streaming of events. It's making my workflow much easier with it's simple dashboard and configuration.

For Livestream server applications, best conditions and split functions. Great SDK documentation. Excellent support and communication.
