Really good and scalable product very fast support answer

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use, especially with the latest updates; we were able to replace some Java code with the embedded flow of ArcESB.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if the product received a lot of new features, I would like to have the ability to buy at a cheaper price part for the product since the complete stack became quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CData Arc to connect with our customers to interchange fiscal documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent features for file flow, conversion and MFT. Arc helps us process Incoming and outgoing files, validate and convert them asking the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface while snappy seems a little dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving files between different customer connectors and exiting file and data integrity.

Price of each channel. I need to deploy to my customers and It's a price so expensive

CData Help me to offer a service to our customers without contract services and now I can offer that service using your software

What do you like best about the product?
The support and reference material are very easy to understand. Support is responsive and didnt have a hard time communicating issue and finding a resolution. Especially since production can be affected and time is a priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can NOT think of one thing that is a negative, I guess free would be a great but very unrealistic... considering software is capable of meeting a lot of different needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us transfer files for communicating with software to printer, also allows us to connect with our customers. Sending files securely and with a log of transaction.

Very easy to use and customer service is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is the pricing. It increases relatively high every year. I understand that they provide more features, but sometimes lower price point is better

I use the AS2 software. Helps me with my EDI connections

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use CData for EDI integration. It makes the effort seamless compared to writing the integration ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. It works exactly as described.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to seamlessly integrate with our trading partners. Without the solution, we would be writing individual integrations to accomplish the same thing.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the support is quick to respond to my requests for issues that I may be having.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the directories are not very straight forward or clean to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AS2 and SFTP connectivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Support and partners available. It gives a lot of opportunities allowing to increse the partners used from your side, and the support is very useful when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web interface and sales team attitude. The interface is not very friendly and is not adapted for mobiles, the sales team has been very rude at latest interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical issues and giving me time for me to attend to other matters so CDATA is time-saving at best. Allowing me to improve my productivity and my business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
How the support are always kind and patient with me. On numerous occasioins they had to be patient with my learning curve. But they always excelled my expectations. Not only in their support service timeframe, but also in the detailed manner in which they dealt with my support queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
That i sometimes have to wait until the next day. We are on different time zones. I do have to add though that they have support in other time zones as well. With complicated matters I sometimes had to wait for the personnel of the same timezone to help again, but in frequently queried matters, I was contacted from helped from other time - zones much quicker than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom solutions, as soon as the new problems arise. Whatever new demands our clients have. Data manipulation and conversion in ways that I did not even know is possible.
