VTEX- Try it! It's worthy and trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
VTEX is a platform of Marketplace, where Marketing is developped, and one can work and forward his/her Business, besides being paid, on achieved revenues. It's a platform like Paypal, Stripe, with opportunities as Developper, grow one's Business and make money through this platform, and get paid online, by being credited.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike in this platform, indeed it's an easy platform for work development, that applies as facility, for anyone, or almost everyone, with basic knowledge of Computer that leads him/her to use it correctly. I like Best also, that this site is well structured, with good organization, and one can find easily the leading ways to use system in the right way. Just sign-up and also use system of payment accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem actually using this system, where also some major clients, as partners in the system, that correspond to big well known Companies, like Nestle, Coca-Cola for ex. of well known products used daily, and also car manufactures and generally all big well known major clients in Europe, USA and whole world. There was thus no difficutly in promoting work as developper on this site and make revenues accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommed this Site to anybody who wants to involve in Marketing basically online and offline, promoting his/her business, Marketing tailored, and working to promote stuff of listed Clients as well as stuff of other Companies, known or less known ones, to be able to offer to Marketing branch generally, but also help this Business, in a creative platform recommending it to others, as developper, or as single user in this case, within a streamline of topics and help and suggest als to others, and be paid on same site, having created an account.
If one cannot pay for ex. for a while, to have more options on the site, one can choose the free plan, and see in the future..more paid plans, and even make money through revenue share.

Una plataforma muy solida con constante evolución.
What do you like best about the product?
VTEX se ha convertido en la plataforma líder en muchas zonas de latinoamerica con constante evolución y una comunidad bastante solida donde se puede obtener soporte y ayuda para llevar a cabo distintos desarrollos.
La facilidad de uso de VTEX la hace idónea para empresas con poca o nula experiencia en E-commerce, sin que esto afecte la calidad de la misma y las posibilidades de integración y la calidad de desarrollos que se pueden llevar a cabo.
A nivel de agencias implementadoras la experiencia es grata teniendo en cuenta que cuenta con un esquema de soporte efectivo y escalable, documentación nutrida así como una amplia comunidad en contacto constante a través de los eventos que se realizan en distintos países.
La facilidad de uso de VTEX la hace idónea para empresas con poca o nula experiencia en E-commerce, sin que esto afecte la calidad de la misma y las posibilidades de integración y la calidad de desarrollos que se pueden llevar a cabo.

What do you dislike about the product?
Los retrasos para visualizar cambios en los sitios en producción por temas de cache son algo molestos en ocasiones, algo a tener en cuenta es que al contratar un ambiente de VTEX no tendremos un espacio de QA propiamente dicho sobre el cual podamos probar desarrollos o nuevas funcionalidades sin que afecten el sitio en producción, aun así esto se puede solucionar con distintas practicas seguras y algunas formas de trabajo que se aprenden con el uso de la plataforma a través del tiempo.

Planeación y desarrollo de canales de E-commerce para sitios B2C y B2B, haciendo acompañamiento a los clientes desde la concepción del proyecto hasta el soporte posterior a la publicación del sitio.

Analizar muy bien las expectativas que se tienen respecto al uso que se le dará a la plataforma para estar seguros de que cumplirá con el propósito que se desea, e incluso saber si vamos a sub-utilizar las características y la potencia de esta herramienta en un proyecto que podría ser llevado a cabo con otra de menor valor o menor costo de implementación, en este proceso de planeación es indispensable contar con la agencia adecuada por lo que es altamente recomendable reunirse y escuchar propuestas de distintas agencias que desarrollen e implementen soluciones VTEX.

What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly check-out, allows the opportunity to install Api that help to better perform the tool, has a very efficient support center. I like that has everything on the box, very easy for developing a project. The stability of the servers and the support team. VTEX is a true e-commerce platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases the platform and its servers can become slow with load times. For some it could be a disadvantage to pay a monthly percentage for the use of the platform, but this value includes all the developments that are made in the platform, which by other means should be financed directly by the company, is a relationship win win. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the report of sale, we can see who costumers buy and what promotions can we use to take advantage of that.

What do you like best about the product?
Time to market implementatios is deffinitely fast, not as they advertise, but fast compared to other platforms. Also they do have a lot of functionality already built into the platform which is a big plus for small to medium companies
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a multi tenant solution there's no customization you can do to the platform, therefore if you need a very specific functionality on your site you will need to hire very creative developers, very talented one so they can find a way to get around vtex core and get the functionality up and running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our commerce platform was hosted on Oracle Cloud commerce and would crash at 6K concurrent users, also oracle's cloud solution has fallen far away from the other cloud platforms on the market, their functionality is so limited. VTEX was deffinitely an upgrade for us
Recommendations to others considering the product:
VTEX can exagerate at times and say it is super simple to implement VTEX and that you'll be online fast... and you will, but not as soon as they advertise, also consider you will not be able to perform a lot of "tailored" functionality on your site, unless you spend big money on really creative and talented developers
Gran plataforma de Ecommerce
What do you like best about the product?
Gran soporte y escalabilidad en las tiendas, muy buena gestión de los pedido que realizan los clientes, gran personalización de la tienda, incluso con VTEX IO se puede manipular el back-end de la tienda, buena documentación.
What do you dislike about the product?
tiempos de carga de la página un poco lentos, se demora mucho en renderizar los cambios que se hacen tanto en productos como en las plantillas HTML, poca personalización en la sección de pagos.

cuando se tiene un catálogo muy grande y se necesita una tienda muy personalizada es la mejor opción

What do you like best about the product?
Check-out muy amigable, permite la oportunidad de instalar Api que ayuden a desempeñar mejor la herramienta, cuenta con un centro de soporte muy eficiente. Una plataforma que está migrando al español y eso se agradece en gran medida.
What do you dislike about the product?
En algunos casos la plataforma y sus servidores se pueden tornar algo lentos con tiempos de cargas.

Vtex Maneja una suite muy cómoda y segura, una herramienta más en pro del crecimiento del comercio electronico en la región. Además muy importante el soporte que dan sobre la plataforma.

VTEX posee soluciones para prácticamente todo lo que necesitamos en nuestra tienda virtual manejo de promociones, programas de fidelidad, programación de precios. Se trata de una plataforma altamente personalizable que se adapta a cualquier tipo de tienda virtual. En la experiencia que hemos tenido como agencia muchas tiendas han aumentado sus ventas con tan solo migrar a esta plataforma.
What do you dislike about the product?
Los únicos dos detalles que he podido ver y que están próximos a solucionar es la falta de programación para banner y la lentitud de indexacion en horas de mucho trafico.

VTEX se perfila como una solución completa y vasta para los clientes de nuestra agencia, permitiendoles administrar su tienda virtual con una sola plataforma de manera muy sencilla.

Con VTEX solo hay que preguntar, se trata de una empresa altamente comprometida con sus clientes y siempre están atentos a satisfacer los requerimientos de todos.

Smartcheckout, total manejo del diseño y layout del sitio movil tanto como desktop, un gran equipo de apoyo al partner desde Argentina.

Un detalle nomas: que la mayoria de informacion formativa no está bien traducida del portugués al español.

I like the best that I can have my entire web store in one place, and I can configure it all in Vtex. Also, it is very easy to use, make a promotion, configure a product. I can have all the data of my costumers, and do a little CRM with Vtex. I thing Vtex is a very complete tool for any e-commerce
What do you dislike about the product?
Some thing that I can't delete, like the colections, the coupons and the promotions. Also, I speak spanish and english, and sometimes it a little dificult to understand what it say because it is in portuges. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later).

The logistic. We can manage everything that we need to make a sale, almost with any external tool. Also, we even could manage a little of accounting where Vtex show us the costs and the sales. And with the report of sale, we can see who costumers buy and what promotions can we use to take advantage of that.

I recommend others to use Vtex, not only because it's worth every $, but also it's very easy to use, It got everything you need for a e-commerce, you can always have support if you need and capacitation.
