New user to using the Gatekeeper program
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, the use of the application shows the ease in my case to process contracts in an efficient way, the questions are clear and precise, the follow-up and sending of emails for my company's notifications arrive instantly, the things to highlight the transparency in my organization's approvals, being able to upload more documents to facilitate and viewing of documents, when using the application more frequently it is easier than the previous times!
What do you dislike about the product?
The language, in general the language should be changed in all the sections, maybe there is a place where you can change it, I have not discovered it yet.

That my organization knows which suppliers will contribute to my company and that there is no issue with any violation of internal policies.

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper is a very user friendly system, with implementation thoroughly supported by the Gatekeeper team.
The intuitive system makes it straightforward to add new records and keep existing information updated, with simple search functions, ease of editing/uploading and simple to build workflows and custom fields.
The system is backed up by compliment of user guides and also with regular sessions held to update on new functionality, meaning you are always up to date with how the system can work better for you.

What do you dislike about the product?
The additional modules are quite expensive.
Some custom developments cannot be made unless voted for in the Ideas Forum, which means they may never be available.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which to make changes to anything. How Workflows can be created to help with processes

The Help Centre is not easy to navigate. Too much reading to find what you are looking for.

Having all vendor details in one place with the visibility throughout different departments.

Easy to use, quite simple plataform and easy integration with Netsuite.

Modifying implemented flows can be a bit challenging.

Single source of information for the supply chain team as well as automation of manual processes.

What do you like best about the product?
There are number of good things I like about Gatekeeper, the Dashboard, the layout but most of all, the ease of use.
Anyone who has got basic knowledge of using an online portal can definitely use Gatekeeper, whether for adding new contract, uploading an updated agreement to an existing contract, adding new users etc.
It also has got an almost unlimited guide resources if ever any find themselves stuck somewhere whilst using the system.
And before i forget as well, they offer a robust implementation process where a dedicated Gatekeeper guru takes time to go through individual sections of Gatekeeper to ensure that from day 1 of going "Live" with Gatekeeper, any user(s) are well equipped to using the sytem.

As they say, no system is perfect but really hard to say what i dislike about Gatekeeper and leave it at that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous to Gatekeeper, we are using an Excel Register. Whilst the Excel provides us the information we need, the huge challenge is around monitoring which contracts are due for renewal and contracts that we wish not to renew anymore but accidentally gets renewed because we missed to give notice within the agree period.

The configurability, the number of options the tool provides, the visual design and user-friendliness. Good customer support and explanation of new features.

Modifying custom configurations can require more time, effort or support depending on the complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy-to-use accessible contract management tool that can be used by both the purchasing department as the business owners. Easy for departments to look up their own contracts, know when they expire or what the conditions are.

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper provided automation for our contract management administration to avoid standard filing on SharePoint sites and PC folders.
We also were able to create specific workflows for our contract approval process to create a simplified approval process.

There was a bit more workload required from our side to implement the system however in terms of system use, no downsides!

Aleviating the administrational burden of contract management and simplifying workflows.
